Completely renovated building, on the 2nd floor, quiet house, disabled access, elevator, very quiet, city center, just minutes from all points of interest, private parking space for small / medium car (charges apply), wi-fi internet, heating system, air conditioning, all services and public transport only a few meters, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars just a few meters, a balcony on the courtyard.

You can't go wrong by choosing this apartment. The location is outstanding. The sites in the center of the city can be reached by foot, and the bus system is also very comprehensive. I had a rental car which allowed me to go farther afield, to the grotto, and to the rice mill. But for a small extra cost, Roberto was able to provide parking under the building. You better have a small car though, it is very tight in the garage!
Although I was by myself, the bed was large enough to sleep two easily. And the bed was very comfortable, unlike some other places I have stayed. The apartment had ample amounts of staples, like coffee, sugar, olive oil, and laundry detergent. The clothes dried easily within 12 hours when I hung them up.
Roberto was prompt at check-in, and he gave complete and comprehensive instructions. I was happy with the entire experience.

The apartment was quite large and centrally located and therefore walking distance to all the tourist sights. The apartment had a washer and drying rack which we used. The bed was comfortable. Despite being central there was no noise from the streets however there was a surprising amount of noise transference between apartments. However the greatest drawback of this apartment is the substandard level of cleanliness especially the bathroom (shower in particular) and the kitchen. This apartment is in need of a deep clean and if this were done I would recommend it.
