About this apartment rental
Large apartment overlooking the river, located in the historic area of Lisbon, 100 m from the river, with public transport and all kinds of shops nearby.
The space is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, has an independent bedroom, and a second bedroom created in the living room, through a cylindrical structure, which introduces the necessary privacy to the occupants.
Each room has 2 single beds that can be connected and converted into a double bed.
In the living room the sofa bed allows sleeping for two more people.
The apartment is on the top floor, and although the roof is properly insulated thermally, it was equipped with two units air conditioners. The windows allow for intense brightness during the day, but have double glazing, so they allow a pleasant ambience inside.
At night in the bedroom windows, blackouts allow darken the space, for travelers who like to sleep in the dark.
The apartment has a simple and practical decoration for travelers and has a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer.
Guests will have access to free wi-fi and cable TV, as well as soap and cleaning products.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the equipment necessary.
The apartment does not have balconies or terraces. However, the public garden is located next to the Tagus River, a 1-minute walk away, and has a walkway along the bank between Praça do Comércio and the restaurants next to the river, at Cais do Sodré.

Here’s a polished review you could post:We stayed at this apartment during our visit to Lisbon and overall had a positive experience.The location is very convenient and within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s major attractions, making it easy to explore the city without relying heavily on transportation. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having two air-conditioning units, which helped keep the apartment comfortable during warmer days.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.There were a couple of downsides worth noting. The beds and pillows were not particularly comfortable, which may be an issue for guests who are sensitive to sleeping arrangements. Also, the apartment is very close to Pink Street and several popular bars. While this makes it convenient for nightlife, it also means the area can become quite noisy late into the night. This was something we hadn’t fully realized when booking.Overall, this is a clean, spacious, and well-located apartment with great hosts. It’s an excellent choice for travelers who want to be in the heart of the action, but light sleepers may want to be aware of the nighttime noise.

Located walking distance to many great areas and paid parking which was safe and easy to access. We were intimated at the thought of driving through Lisbon and so the location was perfect to be able to drive in and out on main roads near the water without going into the City centre. The apartment was clean and they kindly left us a bottle of wine to enjoy. All the information we needed was left for us on the table. We happily used the laundry facilities and they responded tonany questions we had immediately. The only downside was it felt just a little intimidating outside at night, but this was our first time in Lisbon and so just may not have been used to the nightlife in general - we had no particular incidents, it was just a feeling. We would recommend for convenience, value, cleanliness and responsive kind hosts. Thank you Pedro and Vera!

A well positioned flat. Relatively central. While flat had aircon, there is none in the bedroom which could be a problem in summer.
There is NO outdoor area as listed.
No coffee making options except drip filter , which is being picky I know, but a plunger or Nespresso or the like would have been appreciated.
