You can access the one-car garage from this level and from the garage you access the pool in the huge fenced-in backyard. Take the stairs to the second level where you will find the main living and dining area plus the kitchen. There is a large, open area that opens up onto the upper deck that overlooks the pool, with seating for 4. There's a large flat-screen TV and plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing. The dining area seats 6 with extra seating for 4 at the island in the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and all of the appliances are stainless steel. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king sized bed and a flat-screen TV. There's also a sleeper sofa and a walk-in closet. Master bath has a walk-in shower. The pool area is perfect after a long day on the beach! There is a large covered deck by the pool for those seeking shade and also plenty of area for sunning.
