Fantasztikusan éreztük magunkat a feleségemmel. Voltunk már pár görög szállodában, de az ételek itt voltak magasan a legfinomabbak, beleértve az desszerteket is. A személyzet tagjai kivétel nélkül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szálloda 10 perc-re volt Kos fővárosától, kiváló helyen. Szobánk tágas volt, kényelmes és tiszta. Köszönjük szépen a csodálatos pihenést a szállodának!
Kicsit vékonyak voltak a szobák falai, így minden ajtócsapkodást és folyósói beszélgetést, csoszogást hallottunk, kb. reggel 8-kor már ébren is voltunk, ami nem volt mindig annyira kellemes füldugóval sem. Nem a szálloda hibája, de a helyi taxiszolgáltató megbízhatatlan: egyik reggel összesen 10-en vártunk időre rendelt taxira, de ezek közül egyik sem jelent meg 1 óra után sem, így mindenki lekéste a napi kiránulásokat, hajóutakat. Drágább, de megéri privát transzfert rendelni ha időre megy az ember bárhová.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we received a very warm welcome. All the staff we met have been amazing. They all work so hard to make sure your stay is a truly memorable one.
The hotel was set in beautiful grounds by the sea with amazing views.
Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean.
There were lots of comfortable areas to relax and chill out.
Meal times were great, there was a great choice of food and the dining areas were very clean and comfortable. The staff in the dining areas were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
The entertainment was brilliant, run by Mr Jery and his team. There was plenty on offer in the day time if you like to keep busy and the evenings were especially good fun.
There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect!

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war stets sauber, das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker, der Service sehr gut und die Anlage gepflegt.
Sehr schöne Atmosphäre am Meer. Tipp: unbedingt die Badeschuhe einpacken, sonst wird es schmerzhaft am Strand.
Es gab ein paar Dinge, die leider negativ aufgefallen sind. Die Teller im Restaurant waren nicht immer sauber, ein Blick auf die Rückseite des Tellers ist immer empfehlenswert.
Es wird zwar seitens des Hotels durch die Animation Volleyball angeboten, für den Bereich am Strand fühlt sich aber niemand zuständig. In 5 Tagen haben wir unterschiedliche Dinge gefunden - über eine halbierte Sprite Dose, Glasscherben bis hin zu einem etwa 10cm langen Nagel. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption meinten nur: „Der Strand ist nicht im Besitz des Hotels, man ist dafür nicht zuständig.“ Das ist schon extrem dreist und fahrlässig. Wenn man proaktiv Sport durch Animation anbietet, trägt man auch die Verantwortung für die Sicherheit der Gäste. Es sind genug Gärtner unterwegs, da sollte es möglich sein den kleinen Abschnitt am Strand mal durchzuharken. Sehr enttäuschend.
Die Matratze war extrem weich, aber da sind die Geschmäcker ja unterschiedlich.
Wer „Brittisch English“ nervig findet, kommt dort voll auf seine Kosten. 😃

The pool suite room was exceptional.
General atmosphere, doesn’t feel like a 5 star, people hogging sun beds with towels all day, average food, some staff with poor manners. Gives off Benidorm vibes.
