Located in the beautiful Westridge Subdivision. Walking into Sunbrite Villa is the beginning of your vacation. We have remodeled this villa with all the comforts of home. The custom design pass through bar & stools bring cooking, conversation and casual atmosphere together.
Stroll through the villa onto the very private sunny lanai to catch some rays, then directly into the pool.
Enjoy relaxing and swimming without stinging eyes from high Chlorine levels. Our pool is a Salt water pool and is also sanitized with UV lights and Ozone for crystal clear safe germ free water. Pool heating available at an extra cost.
Fully landscaped yard with walkout to the Gas BBQ brings the outdoors to life.
The kids will love having the community amenities park near by. Full of fun and adventure our guests have access to the community pool - tennis - as well as the soccer pitch and children's play structure.
Flat screen TV's in every bedroom and both living rooms.
With so much to do - right here at Sunbrite Villa - the kids won't want to go to the parks !!!

We spent the month of March at the house. It met all our expectations. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the main Highway.
Fran & Lou were available if we had any issues. We would highly recommend the house and would stay again on our next trip to Davenport.

Home was very cozy and had everything that we needed. The owners were very friendly and easy to reach. The master was a bit warm but there was a ceiling fan and floor fan in the room so that was a great help. My family and I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home and would love to rent again in the future.

This was a great stay. Little mix up with the door code but the owners responded right away. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was nice.Every thing you would expect for the price. The only thing I didn't like was the fact the owners made it known on arival they lived across the street and came on to the property everyday we were there. It did not feel like a vacation home. It felt like we were staying in someone else home.
