El hotel es muy bueno, pero lo que lo hace magnífico es el personal que atiende, desde la recepción, los maleteros, el servicio de playa, simplemente genial.
Creo que podrían mejorar un poco el servicio de alimentación teniendo un poco más de variedad. No es malo, simplemente les falta un poquito más para llegar a ser excepcional.

Pools were nice. Grounds well maintained. Restaurant was good. Staff helpful, especially the valay guys for getting transportation to town. Seemed to be more geared for the all inclusive crowd, instead of those who want to experience Mazatlan.
WiFi, in room coffee, and bottled water were all extra charges. A Holiday Inn does better. It just felt like nickel and dime charges on top of what seemed like an already high nightly rate. And with three resorts, you'd think they could provide an airporter service. On site tienda was not open during posted hours. Pressure to attend 90 minute time share presentation.
