The hotel is newly refurbished with great attention to materials and design. Location is beautiful and the hotel has so many different outdoor spaces.
Loved the menu à la carte dishes at breakfast , the beautiful beach club with fresh water and comfy beds and the beach is also very nice.
Maria and the team (can’t remember all the names sadly) are wonderful, they really take good care of you and you feel spoiled and like being in a family.
Loved the quiet and relax as well by the beautiful pool and the fact that the team was always there to help you arranging tours, taxis, recommending trips and restaurants! Hope to be back soon!
The daily cleaning service was not perfect (and that’s fine but for such a hotel I think they should pay more attention) , for example they didn’t put water one day or didn’t refill coffee capsules or tea bags another day, and one day I had to ask for toilette paper (since they were not leaving an extra one as standard). Staff was always available to quickly solve any issue and help, always with a smile.

While the hotel boasts a lovely position right on the beach and serves a very nice daily breakfast, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price charged. What truly saved the stay and made a real difference was the incredible front desk team. Their warmth and care were remarkable—special thanks to the lovely Maria, Panos, and Nikko for taking such great care of us.
The beach area itself is pleasant, though it isn't private for hotel guests. You need to book your sunbeds in advance to secure a spot.
The photos online make the hotel look like a boho-chic place, not so. The rooms look significantly larger and higher-end than they are. Our "Junior Suite" felt more like a standard bedroom with a small sofa placed right next to the bed. It was also impossible to stay on the terrace and enjoy the beach view, as there is no shade. The bathrooms are in need of renovation and are cramped. The glass pane in the shower is quite short, which unfortunately leaves the bathroom floor soaked after every use.
Management really needs to rethink their approach to wellness. The menu is lovely and promises relaxing moments. Having a massage in a tent right next to the pool in scorching heat and full light—with no fan and loud children playing and jumping in the nearby pools is far from relaxing. I couldn't wait for it to end.
