The setting was lovely and in close proximity to shops, restaurants and bars. Jorg was a truly wonderful host. I had been caught up in the flight issues at Heathrow and was unable to stay on my first booked night. When I let him know via email he was incredibly kind and helpful. His kindness continued on my arrival when he could not have been more welcoming and thoughtful, even sourcing items for me that I had forgotten to pack. He truly made my stay incredible.
The only small negative was that my room was located near the Lift and in the morning I did hear some noise when the Lift was in operation, but I had a great day nonetheless

The location, the staff, the amazing breakfast, the facilities in general. The design of the common areas is great, especially the “public” toilet spaces.
Nothing to dislike, just would have been great if the room was a little bit more spacious, for example we would have liked a refrigerator to cool our drinks. There is one, but it’s a mini-bar (filled and small).

Carpentry around the property is of the highest level. The decoration and painting stunning.
Excellent location.
VERY good brakefast.
Sweet funny professional staff.
And my shower absolute heaven.
It was a special stay , would do it again.
We had the pomelo room. Needed a nice big painting; on top of bed or side wall.
And the bathroom is lovely; AMAZING SHOWER!!!
But has absolutely zero privacy. And the shower leeks from under door a lot.
