Dall'aereoporto è facilmente raggiungibile con il trenino. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici ma tranquillamente anche a piedi. Struttura pulita. Piccolo monolocale, con zona cucina e zona notte, dotato di tutti i confort. Facilità di check-in e check-out. Ingresso allo stabile e all'appartamentino con combinazione numerica efficace e funzionale. Presenza di luoghi di ristoro per colazioni e pasti principali nelle immediate vicinanze. Il quartiere in cui è inserita la struttura è tranquillo e non vi sono problemi nel circolare a piedi in tutta la zona.

Spazi del monolocale un po' angusti anche se c'è tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Non c'è la presenza di un portiere all'ingresso e non c'è nessuno a cui è possibile rivolgersi fisicamente se dovessero esserci dei problemi o delle inefficienze.

Konumu çok iyiydi. Tum tesis yenilenmiş ve şıktı

2 oda kiraladık. Normal odada sıkıntı yoktu ancak Suit olan oda çok yogun kanalizasyon kokuyordu. Bunu bildikleri için biz odaya girdiğimizde zaten pencereler açık teslim etmişler. Pencerelerı kapattıgımızda gece kokudan uyuyamadık. Mutfaktaki bardaklar ve çatal bıçak kirliydi. Bizden oncekiler bıraktıktan sonra sanırım sadece su tutulmus ve yerlestırılmıs. Yemek artıkları bıle duruyordu bıcaklarda. Odalar cok ses gecırıyo. Yan odadakı konusma sesı bıle bızım odadaydı. Calısanlar da gergın ve asabıydı.

Sizi rahatsız eden kimse yok. Merkezi ve sessiz bir konumda

Wasbak loopt heel langzaam leeg en een branddeur die niet sluit. Zonder personeel op de locatie is dat toch wat lastiger melden. Maar dit is echt peanuts.

Top Lage, gut vom Hauptbahnhof zu laufen und in der Nähe sind viele Restaurants. Einchecken / Auschecken ist theoretisch 24h lang möglich, was einem viel Flexibilität gibt. Es gibt zusätzlich buchbare Parkplätze, die in der Innenstadtlage wirklich praktisch sind.

Es gibt keinen Support, bzw. keinen vor Ort, was die Problemlösung umständlich macht. Wir hatten ein kaputtes Fenster, eine auslaufende Kaffeemaschine und der Zugangscode für den Parkplatz wurde erst später durch einen Anruf geschickt. Auch das Online Checkin Verfahren war umständlich und hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert, weil wir mehrere Anläufe aufgrund der diversen Nachweise und Appberechtigungen benötigten. Das war wirklich unvorteilhaft.

Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, das Zimmer verfügt aber über eine kleine aber voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Sogar die direkt im Gebäude befindliche Parkgarage. Aus meiner Sicht alles perfekt!

Das Hotel verfügt über kein(e) Personal/ Rezeption. Das Online-Check-in funktionierte aber einwandfrei. Alle nötigen Infos erhält man via E-Mail, sodass man sich daran ohne weiteres gewöhnen kann und man nichts wirklich vermisst.

Indeed the location is an advantage sine it is not far from the central train station, little Tokyo and the commercial streets. If travelling by car, I recommend to book the parking as it is cheaper and convenient.

During my one week of stay there is no room cleaning, and by the time my question regarding parking was answered, I was already on site.

Great location and easy to access with codes. Close to train station (10 minute walk) and close to Altstadt. Königsallee was really close and one could easily walk to the Hofgarten. Apartment was very comfortable. Beds were also better than decent. Neighborhood was quiet. Water pressure was great and hot water was readily available. The kitchen is basic but one could cook simple meals, prepare a simple breakfast and could pull together a simple picnic lunch (sandwiches). There was even salt and pepper in our kitchenette as well as oil and vinegar. TV screen was large and cable selection was decent.

Nothing…it is really a great place to stay. We have used other Limehome facilities and have found that they have a really good service/accommodation. However, I would like to note one tiny matter: Though there is an attempt to sort trash (through explanations and through providing several trash cans in the apartment), the cleaning ladies don’t seem to understand the process (they put all bags into one container on their cleaning cart and I doubt it was sorted later). I tried to scout out the Abfall area in the garage and it seemed well organized, but people don’t seem to know how to use it. A common problem when recycling is so different for different communities (and Limehome can’t really control this). However, I ran into a problem in the garage (where the Abfall containers are kept). After my reconnaissance I thought I could use the building code to leave the garage. It didn’t work. I tried the buzzer but no one answered. I pushed another random button but, again, nothing happened. There was a big, red, lighted button (with a little bit of green light in it) but I hesitated to use it for fear of calling the Feuerwehr…but after a few minutes I tried it and it let me out of the garage and into the building…and no Feuerwehr seemed to come. Perhaps a sign maybe helpful for silly people like me who check out the Abfall room in the garage.

Tolles Design (nicht klinisch/neutral), bequemes Bett und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Bad war auch top und vergleichsweise groß. Kontakt mit dem Support sowie der kontaktlose Check-In war top! Super Erreichbarkeit vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß/per U-Bahn. Ganz ehrlich: jederzeit gerne wieder 😉 Das beste Appartment, was ich bisher hatte!

Wände waren etwas hellhörig, aber Ohrenstöpsel regeln das 😉

The management structure is quite confusing, also only platform of Lime home is misleading. We called to book car parking space and received code via booking chat, but on platform we are without parking. When we checked in we received email stating we need to pay extra 45 euro for city tax for 2 person 2 nights, and our room password is shown as hidden on their website because not completed payment, so you're literally losing code entering for the whole weekend if we hadn't save our password somewhere else. When we replied email asking for detail with original email attached, another colleague from them asking me to provide information again without even checking the case.We replied, no followups, no password shown...... On Monday someone finally replied saying the calculation is wrong.

I can't stress enough how bad sound isolation is, you can literally hear a bag of chips/crisps getting openend in the room next door. It is exceptionally bad.

Les femmes de ménage le matin qui font énormément de bruit : elles parlent entre elles très fort, voir crient. Nous qui voulions faire une grasse matinée et bien c’était raté… Nous avons trouver ça très désagréable.

Gute Küchenausstattung. Sogar Essig und Öl waren da. Tee- und Kaffeeauswahl war auch sehr gut. Nähe zur U-Bahn. Recht ruhige Gegend.

Ein paar Schmutzflecken waren an der Wand. Die könnte man mal entfernen. Wollte mir am Abend einen Film ansehen und der Fernseher wollte immer akzeptierte Cookies - ich konnte die Option aber nicht auswählen. Das halbe Bild war mit der Cookie-Frage überdeckt. Film anschauen so leider nicht möglich.

Die Lage war klasse und der Kontakt zum Service war unkompliziert via WhatsApp. Das Studio war sauber und schön. Das Bett war recht bequem.

Es war sehr warm in dem Zimmer, eine Klimaanlage wäre wirklich sinnvoll. Der Aufzug im hinteren Gebäude war defekt sodass das ganze Gepäck in die höheren Geschosse gebracht werden musste.

Room facility is good enough for long stay. They have a mini kitchen with sink, electric hearth, microwave and cutlery.

It's not recommended if you are looking for a quiet hotel. The wall is so thin that you can hear what neighbors are talking and watching.

Clean and cosy studio! Convenient locality, easily accessible by public transport. Well equipped kitchen.
