Excellent location and beach. Staff is very good. Breakfast and dinner buffets have very good options.
1. Check in took a lot of time.
2. There is no place to dry out the swimming costumes.
3. Minor maintenance issues in the property - it needs to be updated to look luxurious.

Greenery
The staff was not responsive to multiple requests; however, they did not follow proper procedures, and the overall customer service was poor. The room floors were wet, likely due to the property’s location or drainage issues. The lobby area and hallways leading to the rooms were also damp, unclean, and unhygienic.
The room doors appeared very old, with peeling wood, and the bathrooms were extremely small. There were no additional amenities such as a jacuzzi or recreational facilities, making the stay feel quite compact and uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the pool area was beautiful and offered a great view. Despite that, my overall experience at the property was disappointing.
