Konuma dikkat ederek rezervasyon yapınız!

Kahvaltı , oda düzeni, şömineli kafesi , otel civarı güzel.

Şehirden otele ulaşımda kullanılan yol çok kötü, otele yaklaştığınızı gösteren bir tabela yok, navigasyonlar otele şehirden ulaşımda yanıltıyor ve merdivenle biten sokaklara çıkıyorsunuz. Otele gündüz vakti gidip rezervasyon boyunca şehre inmeyi düşünmüyorsanız çok güzel. Fakat özellikle akşam şehirden otele gidilen yol çok ürkütücü.

Regeln sollten für alle gelten.

Die Lage ist schön, das Hotel vermittelt einen urigen charm. Es ist sauber und das Frühstück war gut. Kellner bzw Personal sehr nett.

Das Hotel wirbt mit ausschließlichen Frauen Zeiten im Spa Bereich. (2 Tage die Woche für jeweils 2 Stunden) Als ich dann zu genau dieser Zeit in den spa Bereich wollte, war ein Mann dort der den Bereich nicht verlassen wollte. Ich bat die Frau von der Rezeption zur Hilfe. Sie hatte kurz mit ihm gesprochen und meinte sie könne da nichts machen. Er wolle nicht gehen, er wäre wegen dem spa Bereich gekommen. Ich meinte ja gut ich ja auch. Nach langem hin und her hat er sich nach einer Stunde breit erklärt zu gehen. Seine Frau hat mich gesehen und meinte nur ob ich der Grund bin warum ihr Mann gehen muss. Ich meinte nein, der Grund sind fie regeln. Ich hatte dann eine Stunde, die nach der ganzen Show absolut nicht entspannt waren. Die Dame von der Rezeption war nicht hilfreich, sie hat ihr Problem zu meinem gemacht. Als ich dann raus bin, hab ich mitbekommen dass sich der Mann beschwert hat. Daraufhin hat man ihm ein Frühstück umsonst angeboten. Später nach dem Abendessen standen der Mann seine Frau und die Rezeptionistin an der Kuchentheke und sie meinte nur „mit was darf ich sie einladen“. Mir geht es nicht ums frühstück oder den Kuchen, ich finde es super diskriminierend und enttäuschend dass am Ende ich als Problem betrachtet und behandelt wurde nur weil ich auf mein Recht bestanden hatte, in der Zeit in der das spa nur für Frauen zugänglich sein sollte, schwimmen zu gehen! Das Hotel sollte sich drum kümmern das Gäste Regeln einhalten und sie selbst diesen auch nachkommen. Weiter fand ich das Essen extrem überteuert, 20 Mark für Nudeln mit Tomatensoße ist schon ein Kracher. Im Nachgang tut er mir leid das ich soviel Geld dort liegen lassen habe.

Mjesto za uživanje!

Smještaj je predivan, baš kao što je i prikazano na fotografijama. Osoblje preljubazno! Mirno mjesto, idealno za odmor, uz preukusnu hranu i prelijep pogled na prirodu! Do starog grada se stigne za 15ak minuta. Ma, jedva čekam da dođem opet! 🥰

Most amazing hotel in Sarajevo

The room was very beautiful, view directly onto the forest, our room was very calm and comfortable. The room was spacious, has a TV and a very good Wifi connection. We loved it here and surely will be back.

One of the best hotel that I was. The location is a fairytale. The breakfast is superb..the sweets are amazing. The receptions are so kind and helpful (Alma is the best). The pool is clean and big. The rooms are also big and the bed comfortable. Want to go again there soon :). A big THANK YOU to all the staff - extraordinary

Fascinating interiors and exteriors, good restaurant and lobby, amazing window view. clean, comfortable room and kind staff. best location, tasty food, parking in front of.

You can enjoy the fireplace in lobby only due cold season, spa and wellness could be better prepared for visiting it, not sure maybe its okay for low season (May)

Perfect place to stay.

Gorgeous hotel in the hills above Sarajevo with plenty of hiking in the area and near the cable car into the City. Very clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was quiet and had a large bathroom. Although we did not have kids with us, it was nice to see kid-friendly areas, including a playground. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish we had been able to stay longer and make use of the spa and other great amenities.

The wait staff in the restaurant (not owned by the hotel) was not very friendly and I felt like he was annoyed by our presence.

A good hotel, but average if considered top!

Nice location on top of the mountain! Breakfast was just AMAZING! Massage at the spa was one of the best we’ve ever had! Staff at the reception, bar and cafe are incredible!

Weekends are crazy at the hotel! all the people from town go up on the cable car and the only structure around is the hotel! so it gets crowded! Difficult even to find a parking spot. Because of the triangular windows, it becomes difficult to get a blackout curtain. get ready to wake up at first light! I hate european showers with only half glass box. You shower and wash the rest of the bathroom… Walls are very thin, so any noise at the corridor or the next door room, you’ll hear! the lighting system in the room just doesn’t work! You have all the lights on at once, or all out (even the reading lights!) one switch and is all out!

Gorgeous forest hotel I keep coming back to

The forest location among hiking trails is exquisite. Then there’s the terrace for coffee if it’s sunny. The staff is accommodating and friendly , both front desk and the spa/massage staff.
