Kind host, Large room, Great view, Quiet place

The room was big with great balkon view to the great garden and sea. There was an AC but I never used it. The bed was really comfortable and had a great nap without any issues. The bathroom was also nice. The host is super, super kind and always ready to make you a coffee anytime! There is also parking slot for your car for free for the whole period of staying which is also great bonus.

Only 2 small things... They may include more helpful stuff in the rooms like: hair dryer (I didn't find to have any, sorry if there was) I accidentally dropped my t-shirt next to the corners of the bed and when I get it it was covered with dust, probably the hygiene lady missed that part to clean with vacuum because she was cleaning the room everyday so I can't complain about it.

The location was quiet and close to a not crowded beach, which we appreciated. The big garden was impressive, as well as the decoration in the reception and room. A room with sea view, with shadow almost all day long, so we used a few the AC. For walking to the center took around 20-25 min.

The host was very nice and offered us coffee in the morning, but it would have been great to have a small breakfast in the garden. Also, a hair dryer would be nice. Even if they didn't speak English, they were very nice, polite and took care of our needs.

A short but sweet stay extremely comfy just unaware that we should have bought food and water

There could have been tea or coffee making facilities in room although coffee was available at reception also limited water to drink and was given the impression that we could get bottled water when ever we wanted but it seem to be limited

The size of the room and the terrace with a very nice sea view (3rd floor). The garden and the cats :)

Small (narrow) bathroom, the shower needed some mending to work properly and there was a thin hose connected to the boiler which was going out through the window (?!?).

The location close to the old city

The fact that nobody spoked in English and in this way communication was impossible. Clean was just very high level, in rest the dust was everywhere. We paid for breakfast, being with 3 kids, but we were informed with 2 weeks before that we will not have breakfast - take it or leave it and every recalculation was wrong in favorite of the location...

The rooms were excellent in size and in cleanliness, the cleaner was very friendly and kept the room extremely clean, changing the towels and sheets every day. Location was superb with an amazing view of the sea. The hotel staff, an old lady, was very friendly and helpful, she provides good breakfast consisting of a pear and 3 pancakes (1 sweet and 2 with cheese and ham)

The balcony was shared with the other rooms, separated only by a small wall, the parking was unorganized and shared by 3 other hotels.

The place is very clean and welcoming! it's a family business but you would expect this level of accommodation form good hotel chain. Room was aired and big!

Nice and relaxing stay, we wish to come back

Villa Flaga is a wonderful spot, the owners are very nice and friendly, everyhing was as I expected, even more. The villa has a nice garden with a lot of fruits and wonderfull flowers, and some lovely cats. The view from the balcony was so nice, as in the pictures on booking. If you want, you can drink coffee in the mornings, offered by the lovely owners. The parking is in the backyard, so our car was safe. The room was cleaned every day, dirty towels or linen were changed. There are two beaches near the villa, Harmanite beach and Bamboo beach. We preffer the second one, as it is smaller, but cleaner and less crowded. We would like to come back someday, since Sozopol is a dear spot for us.

the weather makes the garden of the property like a piece of heaven. Enjoy the silence of the villa.

We have found by car the Vila Flaga by the address and as feedback the owner should put a visible sign with the name as the near villa has the same color and a very similar nice garden:) The owner knows to speak italian and he manage to do conversation in english. Nicolai is his name and he is an artist that in summer days he does well tourism and he is helped by 2 ladies for cleaning rooms and for other services he is helped by his parents. When you arrive let yourself be impressed by the direct view of the sea from level1 of the villa, golden sands are at 5 min distance by walking, emerge into the the flower garden always blossomed ( in june/july you have hydrangea and for the rest of the year pelargonium)(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrangea & https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pelargonium) The reception design emerge from the owner studies of art and you will see beautiful crafted wood masterpieces created by the owner itself and what i have to highlight is that You will see in the same place sculpture in wood, in stone and bas-reliefs. I liked very much the taste of breakfast and the access to garden for enjoying this breakfast. You can take it starting with 8AM and after this you can enjoy the rest of the day, the sun, the beach and the nearby delights. I can count here the port, the old city of Sozopol and the new created vilage Sozopolis or the restaurants with sea-view where you can taste the sea-fruits and you may visit also castle of Ravadinovo.

You have to ask the owner how things works in the room and something important when you want hot water you have to make sure that at entrance of your room you have to set the red button from OFF to ON. If you don't know that functionality you will not know why you don't have hot water. It comes from the boiler that needs ON button for electricity.
