The spacious and bright living room consists of a living area with two sofas and a side table, and a dining area with table with seating for up to six guests. From this stay you can also see the sea, a privilege because of the proximity of the beach. The first of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. For other part, both bathrooms are complete with shower plate and the kitchen has all the equipment necessary for an optimal use of it; As well as a breakfast bar. Beside the characteristics of the apartment itself, its location makes it the perfect option to enjoy everything that a city as complete as Malaga can offer: leisure and culture in equal parts. La Malagueta beach is only 150m away. In it you will find bars as recommended as El Tropicana where you can enjoy the delicious gastronomy of Malaga as well as drinks and cocktails. Other nearby shopping and dining areas are, for example, Muelle Uno, with plenty of shops and restaurants. On the other hand, you will have within reach cultural points of interest such as the Pompidou Museum, the Picasso Museum or the recently opened last December 2016 Malaga Museum. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. The apartment was slightly disappointing and not really suitable for 6 adults as we thought it would be. 2 of the bed rooms are very dark and have small single beds. The apartment is in a super location for beach, old town and all the bars and restaurants, we didn’t need a car and enjoyed cycling the coastal path.

We spent almost a full week here and found it well stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay. Walking to the beach and old town was easy and enjoyable. Driving to Granada and Ronda was doable. The downside was no parking but there is a fairly close parking garage. We loved it

Great location . 2 blocks from beach, close to the main shops , walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby. We were able to walk from the cruise terminal to the location even with luggage

We were a party of 6 ladies ages 40-50 for a weekend away. This apartment was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was close to the beach & old town, was clean, had comfy beds and had a great lounge/dining area. Showers worked great, plenty of hot water & wifi was good too! Near restaurants & the supermarket. Belinda was there when we arrived and answered all our questions. All perfect! thank you for a wonderful stay! Xx

A stunning spacious apartment located close to the centre and the beach. Well equipped, high quality furnishings , excellent WiFi. We had a late flight and it was no trouble checking us in at midnight. Malaga is stunning, we did a couple of bike tours and played golf. Restaurants in the city and on the beach are fantastic. Definitely recommend Malaga and this apartment is perfect.

The apartment was lovely and situated near to the port, beach and 10 mins walk to the town. We had a great time. Communication has been great regards the apartment and also great ideas where to visit and where to eat.Thanks

The apartment is spacious, well fitted and well located. Parking around is expensive, but that's understandable. Air conditioning was functioning well and efficiently. Street noise is a problem only if you leave the windows open. However, bathroom cleaning was a big disappoint. Traces of mold were visible in both bathrooms. Also the rooms were not dusted prior our arrival. We noticed the contact person and they came promptly to fix some of the problems (within 3h) but the first impression was already made. At that price, we did not expect such problems. Also, we would expect some basic cleaning products to be available in the apart. They were missing so we had to buy almost everything. In conclusion, the apart is great but it is overpriced. The services can be improved or the rate lowered.

Lovely modern finished apartment in an excellent location. Easy walk to beach and to the old city centre area. Many sightseeing locations within easy reach, open top sightseeing bus tour stops outside the building. Port area Muelle 1 an easy walk for shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our visit to Malaga

We very much enjoyed our stay in Malaga and this apartment worked perfectly for us. One block from the beach and an easy walk to everything. Nice, quiet apartment, comfortable beds, nice, new bathrooms with good showers. Overall a fantastic value.

Easily accommodating a party of 6 with every little thing you might need. Nice and clean throughout. Hosts are very friendly and attentive. Whether you are up for a swim (50m to the beach) or a stroll through the lovely city centre (10 min). Across the best hotel Miramar with a bull ring also nearby. Lovely stay.
