This place is pretty much as described, good, clean, nice, staff good, great breakfast, excellent location. i would say basic, BUT that is not fair as everything is to a good standard, I will definetely stay again!

Excellent central location, not too far from the train station. Friendly staff, breakfast included. Price for this part of the city is outstanding.
It's a little tricky to find. Hot water in the shower took a long time to appear.

Super clean, friendly staff and convenient location. Plus they adapt well to war: they have heat/water/electricity during blackouts, water coolers on each floor and a shelter. I was surprised to even find single-use hotel slippers, didn’t expect that and was very glad!

Well located for a visit to the city
Room could have been cleaner. It was also a very noisy hotel with no soundproofing and inconsiderate guests. Guests smoking also made for an unpleasant atmosphere so this is not somewhere I would stay again.
