We had such a delightful stay here! The property was spotlessly clean and they had everything you could possibly need, from beach toys and games to kitchen items and cozy blankets. We will definitely be back again to enjoy the gorgeous views and wonderful hospitality!

I will say this was the best stay anywhere. Perfect location, great host, the place was clean and awesome for me and my 2 kids. We had a blast, and can't wait to come back, going to be my go to place for Carolina Beach.

What a fabulous experience! We were greeted by the owner who is wonderful! She gave us a tour and was so accommodating. Went above and beyond sharing great places to visit. Highly recommend if you want an authentic beach feel, right at the ocean and close to everything. Will definitely visit again!!!

This place is such a great location and so close to the beach. The host was so helpful and friendly and it was great to have her so close. The beds need a topper to make them more comfortable but for a weekend they are fine. The place has so many things for all the beach needs and the kitchen looked fully stocked. Loved that we didn't need to bring beach chairs. We heard the neighbors upstairs but it was pretty muffled so it was more in passing/white noise, not a major distraction (i think others complained about it - not a big deal really). Loved that thr house has multiple sized units to choose from depending on need. Definitely will be considering the others as well in the future.

We absolutely loved this property! Genevive was an amazing host. She was kind, helpful , and very attentive. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and was steps from the beach. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My two kids (11 & 13) and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and just as described in the listing. It was very hot when we were there (100° +), and the apartment stayed nice and cool. It’s a little thing, but there were hooks everywhere to hang stuff and I found that so helpful for staying clean/organized while there. Genevieve was very communicative and helpful. We loved having the beach in our backyard. I highly recommend and hope to return one day!

Even though our Air Conditioner went out we have to give a 5 star rating because the property and our host were most excellent. The property owners communication was excellent. The Air going out was not her fault and those things happen. We couldn’t be happier with the welcoming feeling and the location of the property. Thank you so very much.

Awesome place with the beach just a short walk on a private boardwalk out of the back door. The hosts have literally thought of everything that you would need to have a great beach vacation. Their hospitality is exemplary, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a stellar beach stay.

Wow, this property is amazing. Not only are you on the beach, but having the owners close by is nice. The vibe is cozy beach house and there are multiple options for renting different portions of the house. We were in a lower level two bed/one bath. We were only there one night, but would love to come back again for o spend more time exploring the fun area.

The place was cute, the walls were thin which made it impossible to not hear everyone above or beside us and we had an issue with roaches. The place was clean and the owners were available if needed.

We couldn’t say enough good things about our stay!!! Location is amazing!! We were step to the beach. The house itself with out door areas was extremely relaxing and inviting! Don’t hesitate to book this place!!!!!

We were only able to stay one night because of our busy schedule, but this was the perfect spot for an overnight at the beach. Genevieve was amazing to work with and very responsive. Our kids loved all of the outdoor spaces and they're already asking to go back for a longer stay.

Great place! A few steps to a beautiful stretch of beach. Everything you need for a long or short stay. Lovely patio! Thoughtful owners even provide boogie boards to borrow!
