Charming and modern three bedroom (sleeps 5) 1.5 bath cottage with all of the amenities you need for a memorable trip to Nantucket. Inside you will find a new kitchen with modern appliances and cherry cabinets, central air conditioning, 42” HDTV with Digital Cable (including HBO), hardwood floors throughout, Outside you will find a private hedged and fenced backyard with large deck and new large storage shed, outdoor shower, gas and charcoal grills, beach chairs and umbrella. Beautifully landscaped with several flower beds, hydrangea bushes, and climbing rose bushes. The master bedroom has a queen bed and 13” television. The second bedroom has twin single beds, and the final bedroom has a single bed. Located just south of town near the Surfside Road bike path, providing an scenic walk or bike ride to town, the many restaurants and stores just south of town (including the Downyflake and the Stop & Shop), and the south shore beaches. We love this rental. It is in a perfect location, making it easy to get anywhere on the island (mostly by bikes). The house is very clean and has everything we need. Katie, the host, is very easy to deal with. We are looking forward to coming back as soon as we can!

This was the perfect cottage for our week-long Nantucket getaway. This was our first time to the island and my husband and I both agree, we would stay here again anytime! The house was perfect and beautiful. Even better than we thought it would be. It was so private and beautifully appointed. The king sized bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The backyard is sublime! The location could not be any better. I cannot speak any more highly of this house. It is quintessential Nantucket even down to the hydrangeas! Perfection!!!

Our 9-day stay at this delightful three-bedroom Nantucket cottage was a true highlight. We immediately felt at home, courtesy of the warm atmosphere and comprehensive amenities. The kitchen, adorned with a full array of cookware and dishware, made meal prep effortless. Similarly, the well-stocked bathrooms and laundry room catered to our daily needs seamlessly. Our toddler was thrilled with a stash of Lego toys, while we found comfort in the plush furniture and bedding. The fast and reliable internet, coupled with a high-quality cable TV, covered all our connectivity and entertainment needs. Outside, a private backyard, framed by tall trees and a spacious deck, offered an excellent retreat. We were also grateful for the property manager's prompt responsiveness and attention to detail. Located just a few minutes' walk from 45 Surfside Bakery and Cafe, our cherished morning coffee runs were conveniently close. The efficient HVAC and high-quality water systems further contributed to the overall comfort. In short, this charming Nantucket cottage, with its comfortable interiors, excellent amenities, and prime location, turned our family vacation into a memorable and relaxed experience. We can't recommend it highly enough for your next stay in Nantucket.

We arrived on Friday night and checked in without a problem. Great open space layout on the inside. It rained the next day, so central air came in handy, but lots of windows and ventilation throughout the house! Beautiful and well maintained yard (front, back and side). Weber grill came in handy for cooking hot dogs and hamburgers for the kiddos. Centrally located near Stop n Shop, and close to town. Near bike path and beaches. We loved it and hope to come back!

This place was great for my family of four. Great location close to town and beaches. The place is very well maintained and has everything you need to feel at home. Back deck and outdoor shower were perfect. The owner was very attentive although we had everything we needed.

We loved the location so close to bike path to the beach and a quick walk into town. Convenient yummy bakery and wine store in walking distance was a huge plus! The home was neat and clean and plenty spacious for my teens. The back deck was lovely in the afternoon. Nice quiet neighborhood.

We are leaving today after having spent the week here. There is small part of me that doesn't want to leave a good review because I don't want to share this amazing home! Katie, the owner, is so quick to respond to any questions, and incredibly accomodating. The house itself is immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Everything seems to be high quality. The outside is beautiful with plenty of room and privacy. There is a shed where you can store bikes, and there are also beach chairs and boogie boards you can use. There is a really nice deck with a table and chairs and an outdoor shower. All in all this is a wonderful property and we really hope to come back next summer!

This was our very first visit to the island and this house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was quiet, private and very clean. The backyard and deck were very well maintained. Thank you for a great first experience.

This is a lovely home in a great location. So close town and several beaches with wonderful bike trails nearby. The home is clean and well maintained and we had a wonderful vacation staying here with our children. Would highly recommed this home and have plans to return this summer.
