About this villa rental
Located in Baix Penedès, this attractive villa for $244 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Location: This holiday home is in a quiet residential area between Vendrell and Calafell. The cities offer a varied range of leisure activities, sports and restaurants. Costa Dorada is famous for its beautiful and tranquil beaches and offers everything for a successful family holiday. The house: The house has everything needed for a nice holiday. It is just over 180 sqm and has two bright floors. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, two singles and two doubles, one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with stunning views and another bathroom. On the ground floor there is a furnished living room with fireplace, TV, dining table for 8 people and exit to the porch. A fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this floor there is also a toilet with shower and a laundry room. All bedrooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms have ceiling fans and conventional heating elements for heating in wintertime. There is WiFi throughout the house. There are eight beds in total. Outdoor Area: The house has a large porch, a summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal and gas) and an enclosed furnished garden that is both spacious and secluded. Here the family can enjoy unforgettable evenings with sunset and relaxation. Special conditions: The beautiful and harmonious garden is carefully taken care of and there is a modern, newly built swimming pool 7 x 5.5 m with an integrated jacuzzi. For families with children there is the possibility of installing a portable fence around the pool during your stay. In this way the security in the home is increased. You have to ask for the fence in advance. Environment: From the property there are good connections to the C-32 and AP-7, so you can easily reach Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges and the famous Port Aventura theme park. In close proximity there are golf courses and a water park, (Leon Aqua Safari) to the delight of the younger family members. The property is located in Baix Penedes, a well-known wine district. We really enjoyed the stay at the villa we mostly stayed at the villa then to travel around the city as it was so comfortable and big and we loved staying in ,also the outdoor kitchen amazing .The owner was very lovely and kept in contact with us if we needed anything. The location was perfect the beaches was also close by.

Estamos encantados con la casa. Muy recomendable para descansar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y relax. Tienes todas las comodidades que necesitas. Los espacios son muy amplios y cómodos. La piscina genial con yakusi incluido, tiene varias terrazas con barbacoa y mesa de tenis.
El interior es impecable, la amplitud de las habitaciones su comodidad, climatizadas, baños muy amplios y impecables con excelente ventilación natural.
Realmente es intachable la estancia sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias por la atención.

Heel fijn vakantiehuis.
Wij waren hier slechts met 3 personen maar ook met 2 gezinnen is dit een fijn huis. 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers!
Keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijk zwembad met jacuzzigedeelte. En ook voldoende schaduw in de prachtige tuin. De buitenkeuken is ook heerlijk. Lekker barbequen met zijn allen. Supermarkt zit op de hoek.
Wel is een auto een vereiste om de omgeving te bekijken of voor een dagje strand,

Wir waren 2 Familien (9 Personen) und hatten sehr schöne/erholsame Ferien in dem Haus.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Der Service war perfekt. Vielen Dank nochmal an Emma für die Bestellung 😉�
Der Pool ist ein Traum mit Whirlpool und kleinem Wasserfall. Auch der Außenbereich vom Haus hat viel zu bieten und es ist überall reichlich Platz.
Die Besitzer haben sich immer wieder erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder ob wir irgendwas brauchen. Danke dafür Orlando ☺
Die Strände sind schnell zu erreichen.

Great house with outstanding garden in Spain
Great house with outstanding garden in Northern Spain, city of Calafell close to Sitges and Barcelona.
We are a family of four with two boys, 9 and 10, who had a lovely vacation when renting a house in the Cava/Spanish champagne district. The house is perfect for 8 people, best for two couples with kids since two out of four rooms have bunk beds and two have doubles. Two showers and one bath.
We enjoyed the district with beaches, restaurants and vine yards - just follow instructions in a folder in the house - good advice there on trips.
Also lovely staff! Go there!

Garden treat close to Sitges, Barcelona and sea
We rent houses every year along the coast of Mediterrania. This time in northern Spain close to wonderful Barcelona, hot Sitges and great food-and-wine area of Cava (Spanish champagne-area). This house stood out for its small, but well-planned and beautiful garden outlined around a new pool and a great outdoor kitchen.
The poolguy, gardener and hosting agency the owners used were all wonderful and helpful.
The garden is completely surrounded by a high wall making it safe, secluded and child friendly!
The house is situated very close to neighbours, a medium sized food store with 5-10 minute drive to great beaches. The best beaches we found in the owners folder for guests in the house. The best restsurants are 30 mins away in the Cava region around the Cava vineyards! And in Sitges and Barcelona! Great place to rent and even in high season it is 1000 euros less or more per week than for a house in the French riviera. Go there!!! The house has got the best air condition ever - one for each room. Great for two families.

Underbar villa med med härlig pool! Vi bodde där 2 vuxna och 6 barn i 10 dagar. Helt perfekt. Poolen var kanon, läget lugnt och stilla! All service runt omkring kunde inte varit bättre, tack för allt! Kan till 100% rekommendera detta boende.

Une maison spacieuse et un propriétaire aux petits soins
Le séjour était très agréable dans cette maison bien entretenue. Le propriétaire est très attentif aux moindre besoin des locataires. Une bouteille de champagne nous attendait au frais le jour de notre arrivée : une très délicate attention. Pour 2 couples avec enfants il est seulement dommage de n'avoir qu'une suite parentale. Car la deuxième chambre un peu plus petite manque juste de rangement. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour familial dans cette belle villa. La localisation est parfaite, à 5 minutes de la mer en voiture, un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied, et à 30 minutes de Tarragone et de Barcelone. L'accueil est chaleureux et cordial. Les prestations de la maison sont de très bonnes qualités. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'aménagement extérieur permettant de partager des moments conviviaux. Schöner Urlaub im tollen Haus
Der Kontakt vor der Reise war super und wir haben schon vorab tolle Tipps von dem Gastgeber erhalten. Wir wurden von einer Vertretung des Gastgebers sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir sind dann zusammen durch das Haus gegangen und wurden kurz durchgeführt. Das Haus war entsprechend der Beschreibung und sogar noch schöner. Sehr sauber und gemütlich, vor allem mit großen Terrasse und dem abgegrenzten Grundstück.
Die Lage ist optimal. Wir können das Haus ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen. Bei einem nächsten Besuch in El Vendrell werden wir versuchen es wieder zu mieten.

Fantastisk Trädgård med havsutsikt från terassen!
Fantastisk lummig fin grön trädgård med gräsmatta och fina träd! Många platser att slå sig ner på, både solstolar, hammock, matbord och skön loungegrupp. Välutrustat kök, lagade mest mat i uteköket, både gasol och grill. Fin saluhall i El Vendrell och bra utbud av affärer och mataffärer (Mercadona) gjorde vår vistelse till en njutning. Många sovrum och badrum, aldrig någon kö. Tvättmaskinen användes med bra torkmöjligheter. 5 minuter till stranden, oexploaterat men med en liten bar. Bra läge för vingårdsbesök runt om i Penedes. Enkelt att ta sig till både Barcelona och Tarragona. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fantastiskt hus med underbar trädgård. Rent och snyggt. Perfekt för en stor familj med vänner att semestra i lugn och ro utan en massa turister. Helt enkelt ett genuint ställe. Mataffär ligger på gångavstånd samt även restauranger i den lilla staden El Vendrell. Stranden ligger ganska nära och är mycket trevlig och lugn.

Stort hus med fantastisk trädgård!
Stort hus med med flera sängplatser perfekt för stora familjer. Trädgården är helt fantastisk. Att laga mat går lika bra inomhus som utomhus då det finns ett utekök med grill också. Större mataffär inom gångavstånd. Stranden ligger ca 10 min bilväg från huset. Stränderna är relativt lugna om man är där innan Augusti. Ägarna till huset är väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga. De ställer alltid upp om man har några frågor och ger gärna tips om vad man kan hitta på i närområdet. Jag kan rekommendera huset och vi kommer nog att återvända igen.
