The check in process went smoothly and they let us store our luggage until we could check in.
Antonio was extremely helpful and friendly. He made us feel very welcome, and even got me some bags to make ice for my foot. He also gave restaurant recommendations and got whatever was requested.
The apartment was very comfortable and everything worked as advertised.
The music with loud microphones from street musicians until the late hours of the night definitely marred our impression of the apartment. While we know that is not something that you are responsible for, perhaps the area could look into to it. It said to be quite at 10:30 or so. That didn't matter as the blaring music will drown out any other sound.

Easy to find and in the heart of the shopping district. We had everything we needed within walking distance. Had all the apartment amenities needed as well. Music heard in the alley ways in the late mornings when getting ready for your day.

A beautiful apartment in a great area. Fully equipped and very comfortable. The only problem was the shelf on top of bathroom sink which interfered with washing your face.

This is a very nice, spacious and comfortable apartment right in the middle of Lisbon. It's very clean, has all the amenities you might possibly need, and in general is a perfect stay in the city. Very close to everything, walking distance to practically any place you'd visit in the city. Not very far from subway exit, easily accessible. The office is located on the 3rd floor of the same building which is very convenient if you have a problem or a question.
