The Apartment EL BUEN RETIRO is a charming and welcoming studio located in the Cap Salou area. Just a 5-minute walk from the famous Cala Crancs Beach. During high season you will find all kinds of services, shops and restaurants in the surroundings. There are bus stops so it is easy to reach Salou, Cambrils or Tarragona.
At the foot of the building runs the Camí de Ronda de Salou. A route that borders the coast from Els Pilons to the Cap Salou lighthouse. It is a beautiful path that you cannot miss and where you can enjoy impressive views from the numerous viewpoints.
LAYOUT:
Maximum capacity for 2 people. It is distributed as follows:
- Hall-entrance where there is a bunk bed.
- Bathroom with shower.
- A single living-dining room with open kitchen and a double bed that folds away in the living room furniture. There is a ceiling fan.
- Terrace with sea views.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Ideal for couples looking for a holiday in a quiet area.
- Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It does not have a lift and access is only by stairs.
- Seasonal communal swimming pool.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection is carried out at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.
