A week at Margarita Sea Side Hotel with our two children (3 and 8) excellent experience. The restaurant staff deserves special mention: the girls were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, especially with the kids. The only downside was overcrowding, though that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, just high season. Everything else was great: clean rooms, good location, caring staff. We’d happily return.

First of all, we would like to thank all the staff at Margarita Sea Side Hotel. We were very pleased with the hotel’s location, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, the overall comfort, and the breakfast.
The kindness, attentiveness, and warm hospitality of the staff played a very important part in making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay.
For all these reasons, Margarita Sea Side Hotel will definitely be our choice again for our future holidays. Thank you to the entire team for

An exceptional experience in every way! We spent 11 days here, and everything was outstanding: the location, comfort, facilities and, especially, the impeccable cleanliness, which was maintained to the same high standard throughout our entire stay.
A very special mention goes to the staff, who were absolutely wonderful during all 11 days. In the best possible way, they were “almost excessively kind” — always warm, attentive and caring, paying attention to even the smallest details. They truly made us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay.
The value for money is excellent, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. A perfect 10 is absolutely well deserved! We would definitely love to come back and would highly recommend this place. ❤️
There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The private beach
A huge disappointment – nowhere near a 4-star experience
Apart from the beautiful private beach, we honestly struggle to understand how this hotel is considered 4-star — let alone how it has a 9.4 rating on Booking.com.
The biggest issue was the complete lack of hot water in our room for all four days of our stay. We complained repeatedly, but instead of actually fixing the problem, the manager gave us excuses such as: “Maybe the water tank ran out because everyone is showering at this time,” “We checked and it’s 36°C,” and “It’s not cold.” In reality, the water was lukewarm at best.
Even when we returned at around 11 PM after a long evening out, we still had no hot water. We simply cannot accept the idea that guests at a 4-star hotel are expected to schedule their showers around other guests. People shower after spending the day at the beach, especially in the August heat. After waiting all year for our annual vacation, not being able to take a proper hot shower after a day at the beach or in the heat was incredibly frustrating.
In my mother’s and sister’s other room, the situation was even worse: the water pressure was barely more than a trickle.
The breakfast is very basic. It’s perfectly adequate, but for a 4-star hotel it is surprising that the only complimentary coffee is poor-quality filter coffee. If you want a cappuccino or an espresso, you have to pay another €4–5.
Prices at the bar are also extremely high. One beer and two bottles of Ice Tea cost €19. Coffee is €4–5, and the food is similarly overpriced.
We also booked a first-floor room advertised as having a “garden view.” In reality, the view also includes the hotel’s service road. This is certainly not something that is apparent from the photos on Booking.com.
The Wi-Fi is terrible and barely usable throughout the hotel.
Another important point: you really need a car to stay here comfortably.
