My wife and two boys (8 & 4) had a wonderful stay at this London flat. You are literally a two minute walk to a central line station where you can access all lines with 2-6 stops. We had plenty of anything you would need for a long period stay. We were worried being from the states that not having air conditioning would be an issue, but between the breeze from the windows and fans that Yvonne brought us, we never got hot. This is a very high end neighborhood. You will see many Bentleys, Porches, Ferraris, and Range Rovers all around the flat. There is also a small grocery store and many breakfast/sandwich shops around the block. From before, arrival, during, and after the trip, the communication was excellent and when we will come back to London, we will definitely be staying here again!

If one is looking for a comfortable extended stay (ours was a month long) in a great location with a wonderful host, this apartment will meet your needs. While not fancy, it had a full range of modern appliances, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. It also contains a full second bath, albeit on the small side. Yvonne was immediately responsive to any requests we had, and is a lovely person.

A friend and I stayed in this cute flat for 5 days, and had a great stay. The property is extremely well situated and the owner is responsive, kind, and flexible. The beds are comfortable and it was so nice to have 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! Truly, the location couldn’t be better. It’s right next to the Tube, and was easy to get to from Heathrow via the Elizabeth and Central lines. The surrounding neighborhood is so cute and has all the amenities you need — coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants pubs, and a park all in easy walking distance. Definitely recommend!

My husband, our two kids, and I stayed at Yvonne’s flat for about a week at the start of April and we were so happy with our stay. Yvonne met us at the flat to welcome us and show us around, which was very helpful. We really loved having the two twin beds and the two bathrooms given that we have teenagers. The primary suite had such a comfortable bed for us parents! We enjoyed having a place to eat and relax in front of the tv when we weren’t out site-seeing - and having the washer and dryer was so helpful. The neighborhood is ideal. Laid back and full of adorable shops. We celebrated my birthday while we were there and my husband surprised me with chocolates, coffee, flowers, and delicious breakfast foods all within 1 block. The tube station is about a 60 second walk away. Everything was to our expectations and we would absolutely stay at Yvonne’s flat again.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our hostess was very hospitable and allowed us an early check in. She even offered to secure our luggage if we had arrived earlier. The location was near the underground and restaurants and grocery stores. All in all we all agreed we would stay here again

Our family was beyond excited to explore London for a week this spring. We booked this property almost a year before our trip, knowing we were looking for something to call our home away from home. The pictures show a property that is bright, clean, and well taken care of. Unfortunately, the property is no longer those things. In addition to dirty carpet, scratched floors, and walls in need of a paint job (as well as repair), the kitchen and laundry areas had a lot of clutter and appliances were not as pictured. Cleaning products and toiletries were left on counters as well as in the bath/showers. We did not end up staying very long at this property before booking a hotel for the length of our stay. What worried us the most as parents, however, was the fact that there was no dead-bolt on the front door (which opens up to the parking lot of the apartment complex). I will say, however, that the property manager was very quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. She was pleasant and knowledgable of the area. She was easy to get a hold of and was waiting for us when we arrived. This was our first experience with a VRBO. Needless to say, we will be very hesitant to ever book one again.

We loved staying in this London flat! It was close to the metro and in a very safe location. The flat was cute, spacious and very clean. In addition, Yvonne, the owner, was so easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpful! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This flat is perfectly located just steps away from a Tube station on the Central Line, so easy to get where you want to go. It’s also spacious and comfortable, with lovely beds! Well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities, and supermarkets right at hand. Yvonne met us at the door and got us settled in beautifully - would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A quiet, first level flat right next to the tube, cafes, and restaurants. The owner met us there and was very sweet. We took advantage of the full size washer and dryer as we had two teen boys with us! 4 starts because the carpets could use a cleaning and a slightly bigger/updated TV would be great. We like to watch shows at night as a family so this is my opinion. Thank you!

My husband and I spent Christmas at the Norland flat; a special trip for us. We were able to spend some time visiting Yvonne which was a pleasure. She is incredibly easy to work with (as she was before - this is our second stay at the flat). Very comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The nearby pub The Castle accommodated us for Christmas dinner at the last minute, which was icing on the cake of a great week. See you next time, Yvonne!

Small toilet room needs fan

My sister and I took my mom to London for her 70th birthday and had a fantastic time at Eve’s place. It was incredibly close to the tube, easy for my mom to navigate (just a couple of steps up to the front door), and the apartment itself was clean and cheery. Eve was also great about responding right away if we needed anything. Definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay during our weeklong visit in London. Spacious, clean, and very bright. The three of us had plenty of room and enjoyed the open layout of the living room and kitchen areas. Yvonne was wonderful to work with and completely flexible about accepting our luggage early and letting me leave my luggage there little bit later than the normal checkout time since my flight wasn’t until the afternoon. Highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped appartment, very closed to the underground. A few minutes to Portobello Road and Holland Park by feet. A fantastic location for exploring London. Nice little shops, backery and pubs just around the corner.

The location of this apartment was amazing. Close to the underground, cafes, and restaurants. Every morning I took a short walk to get coffee and pastries, buns, or croissants. Eve was available and responsive in helping us arrange transportation from the airport and to the train at the end of our stay. The beds and showers were very comfortable. Always a concern when staying in Europe. The apartment is in need of a fresh coat of paint and carpet cleaning but overall very clean. We loved our stay in the heart of London.

Two minutes from the tube station in a great area. We had a really good time. We also spent time in the local area - Holland park, Portobello Rd Market, local restaurant. Used nearby train station - Kensington Olympia to get to Warner Harry Potter. Comfortable flat with everything that you needed. Thanks for a really great stay.

Perfect location near the Holland Park tube which was only 1 block away and takes you everywhere in London !! Tesco and several pubs and bakeries are just off your doorstep. Cute flat with all the necessities, my 5 and 7 yo girls and I loved it. Eve was the best host ever, she goes above and beyond! We’ll be back for sure !!

This property was a perfect choice for our stay in London. We are Brits residing in the U.S. and were in London with family for a long overdue visit. Yvonne was so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and user friendly. We were able to easily walk to cafe's, pubs, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Would recommend this property.

Two large bedrooms and bathrooms, all updated. Large family room/kitchen, all with updated appliances, and plenty of towels. The owner went out of her way to meet us at check-in and later to drop off a bathroom scale at the end of our stay so that we could ensure none of our bags was overweight for the airline. Very grateful for both. Living areas were very clean, some upper shelves and window sills could use a good spring cleaning. Great stay.

Even though the propery could use a bit of freshening up it was absolutely perfect for our family. Location is perfect and Yvonne is a wonderful hostess. She answered so many of my questions about London. This property is especially good for American families. There was a US queen sized bed which is not very common as well as US sized washer and dryer. Thanks Yvonne we had a great holiday.

Yvonne volunteered to have the bag delivered to her home and drop it off to the unit. What customer service.

Yvonne was exceedingly helpful. The apartment is perfectly pleasant although the second bathroom is very small. The Holland Park tube station is very close as are several restaurants and store. We would certainly stay there again. Ed

The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Yvonne is a delightful lady. The location is perfect for access to Holland Park Underground station. This gives wide ranging scope to easily explore east and west along the Central Line. Great selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants at various price points within very easy walking distance. We’ll be back. 10/10.
