Situated in Panama City Beach, this charming condo for $81 per night is a great option for your next break. ***PET FRIENDLY Pets up to 25lb, 1 Dog Limit. Our non-refundable pet fee is $100.The resort requires Current Shot Records at Check In.*** In our condo, located in tower 2, enjoy the updated luxury condo and amenities. With the beautiful emerald coast and white sands of Panama City Beach, our condo will act as a home away from home while you enjoy paradise. This condo is a 1 bedroom that sleeps 6! The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The hallway is equipped with two twin size bunks. The living room has a sleeper sofa. This condo has 2 bathrooms, the master comes equipped with dual vanities and a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. This kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals just as you do at home. Tower 2 is across the street from beach and comes with the ease of being on the beach, but a view of the whole strip itself. Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Checked in to unmade unit at 4pm had to call property Vrbo to get emergency cleaner to come and make up unit. Waited 1 hr when arrived at 5pm had to vacate unit for 2 hours checked back in 3 hrs after initial time to check in. All cables to tvs had been disconnected and after 30 min reinstalling hdmi cables every tv had been turned to Spanish. House keeper do a wonderful job. I checked in with my daughter who rented a unit in this tower, hers was a heck of a lot nicer and friendly unit than mine. She had all the cookware and dishes you could want. Mine had old chipped dishes and worn out cookware. Belt on dryer squeaked and needed replaced

I could have done better staying at a Red Roof Inn based on the accommodations in this condo. The furniture was dated, outdated kitchen cabinets, the bathroom had damaged walls, the master bed and coverings were less than Walmart quality, the A/C system was loud, and lastly the picture of the ocean was just as it appears was not ocean front.

The condo was a great location, view and very clean. They even allowed us to check in early! When we arrived, there were a lot of lights burnt out but they came within 25 hours and fixed them all. The condo does need a few minor cosmetic updates like some parts of the baseboards and sheetrock need to be replaced. I would recommend this condo for the price!

The rental company obviously neglects this unit. Idk how anyone could let their room get so rough. AC was 80 degrees at one point because it is absolutely shot. My pregnant wife & two small children were ready to go home after three days because of conditions of condo. Hottest complex I have ever stayed at, you could literally die in the hallway of this place. Room smelled like HOT URINE

The floor had not been cleaned at all. It literally still had food under the island stools. The smell of dog pee was overwhelming. It seemed we had clean sheets and towels and everything else was grimy. The dry wall around the main shower was crumbling and full of mold. We were given the run around of numbers to call for help. I finally bought a Swifter wet mop and cleaned.

Dirty beds made up with the previous tenants, dirty sheets.
No blankets at all.
Room smells so nasty like human waste
Bathroom walls has so much black mold they look like they’re rotting off
Outside of shower, drywall rotted with black mold, and has holes in the wall
No rugs for bathroom, kitchen or dining area. We were mostly concerned with stepping out of the tub and slipping. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Obviously it was spaghetti. Refrigerator door filthy with fingerprints and dried food inside refrigerator. Hasn’t been wiped out in a few months. Not one single hand towel, and the entire unit one dishrag one dish towel. No pot holders for removing hot food from the oven. Floor so dirty your feet stick to it and your feet get filthy the bunkbed area, so dirty and filthy with feet prints colored stains on the wall and dirty sheets from the previous tenants. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in there. TV has not worked for five out of the seven nights. We have been here. There are seven remote controls. No batteries and TV is scrambled. All of the curtains on the wall look like they are about to fall off if you touch them. If you go on Vrbo and look at this unit. The pictures it shows must be another unit because it is. I have nothing in those pictures that are in this room right now.
Although the manager tried to help. I feel like she did not really care. Had to pay $50 mandatory parking fee with nowhere to park. We spent over $100 on cleaning supplies spent night in

This is what we experienced when we arrived:
- Sheets dirty in living room and master bedroom TO INCLUDE BLOOD STAINS AND SAND ON BUNK BED SHEETS FOR KIDS
- Caked on mold on bathroom walls which was detrimental to my wife's auto-immune
- Washer smoked with a small load and caused a permanent smoky smell in our clothes

We were in room 902 Tower 2 To begin with. The place was dirty! Including dirty dishes in the cupboard. Opened the hidebed. (Full of sand) We arrived on Sat so no housekeeping avail. The nice maintenance man replaced 12 lightbulbs. And broken towel bar. Hung new shower curtain. Walls need painted.

The location of this condo was exactly as described across the street from the Gulf. The views were exactly as the pictures, just beautiful. Being almost on the end ensured the quiet that we were so desiring. The only sounds were from all the maintenance going on with the building. I know it is January and that is prime time to repair and spruce up, but it was tough to hear pounding and backup beeps all day long. When we walked in the condo, the rod and heavy curtain for the sliding glass doors was laying on the couch. Maintenance did show up fairly quickly to get the rod and curtain hung. Just wasn’t how we wanted to spend our first evening in the condo. A floor lamp didn’t work at all, bulbs were blown out and not replaced, a sink in the master bath constantly dripped. No towel rack in the second bathroom. Stoppers in the sinks didn’t work. The place was very clean, but things just didn’t work. The furniture was not very comfortable. We would stay at the property, just not in that condo. Amenities were very limited. Also, the Tiki bar was closed and staff didn’t know if it would ever reopen, even while it was being promoted on their marquee. We so enjoyed the accessibility to the beach!

First of all, emerald coast destinations doesn’t give two craps about their guests. They didn’t address my issues at all, hung up on me and the manager they promised would contact me, never did. The property was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I had read previous reviews and I’m not picky so I told myself it couldn’t be that bad… WRONG! It was that bad and WORSE! Sand and makeup stains on the bedsheets so they obviously didn’t change the sheets between guests, black mold growing in the bathroom, down the walls, on the ceiling around the air vents, in the tile grout. You could literally peel the mold off of the grout. They don’t bother cleaning anything! Trash was left in unit. Counters weren’t even wiped down. You could see crumbs and sticky stuff all over them. We had to take the couch mattress outside to shake off all the food and junk that was all over it because the vacuum was broken. We had to go to the store and by cleaning supplies, pillows, mattress pad just to make the place livable. The pillows provided were thin and probably 30 years old and there were only 3 of them. We left all that behind when we left because we had to fly home so YOURE WELCOME! Didn’t make it to bed until 4am the first night we were there because we were up all night cleaning and washing sheets. This place should be condemned by the health department. We had the building manager come look at the wall deterioration and mold happening in the bathroom and they said there’s no way that is not causing damage to the unit below them so they are investigating.

Top buck was not made up. Unable to lock door, finally figured out problem. We found pillow under bed. Right side master bathroom sink drips. The shower has had leak in past, around shower door. The shower had mold around grout. Shower faucet handle loose. The hallway sink is stopped up, not draining. We were never able to get any sound from main TV. We rented DVD from Red Box and tried to play on main TV, poor picture quality. We had to get wall anchors to rehang heavy drapes at sliding door. The condo did not have enough parking. Security posted warning on our windshield three nights for not parking correctly at condo.

There was a huge, greasy stain on the comforter and a single sock laying in the floor that must've belonged to a previous guest. As much as we paid for a nice place, this has been really upsetting. I am expecting someone to make this right by at least refunding a little bit of our money, because this is not what we paid for. But have yet received any compensation from this company to make things right.

The unit is located on the perfect spot. Just needs to be kept up with. Everything was old or in non working conditions. Starting with TVs. They were awful. No remotes were working and the ones that did you have to share the same Remote with all of the TV's in the house. Washer and dryer don't work. Called about it. Nothing was done. Refused to put my clothes in there. Places needs proper maintenance. Patching drywall holes everywhere and painting.its completely unacceptable. Drywall tape is loose all over the house. Flickering electrical work.Leaking wax toilet seal in the master bathroom. Too many things that shouldn't be happening. Poor ownership.

It was good. The condo needs TLC... Walks need painted, some mold in main shower. There was couple things that I asked and was taken care of while i was there. Condo was for 6 people but only 3 dinner forks. Pots amd pane and cookies sheet needs replaced. Overall nice place just needs TLC.

The location and view for the beach is excellent. In a few minutes you could be right on the beach. A little bit far and limited for walking options of restaurants. The room itself had plenty of towels and hand bar soap. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, although the dryer vent was broken. Unfortunately, the area rug was so filthy we just rolled it up and moved it out of the way. The room in general wasn’t very clean and we found old clothes on the floor.
Check in and out was a little weird because the front desk didn’t have the third party information from Vrbo, and we just had to figure it out on our own.
Over all I would choose this hotel again, maybe just not this room because of the lack cleanliness; and maybe not via a third party.

This place is nasty. I wish the owner knows that the manager provides no service and no real cleaning. I paid a lot in Host Fee and Service Fee but there was no host and no service. I emailed them to let them know I couldn't use the master shower because it was so nasty with mildew about 1 inch thick but the hall bath tub is not draining, zero response from them. So I bought liquid plumber to take care of the problem myself. They just don't care and likely will call me a liar like they do other negative reviews. The furnace is IN the master bedroom and is very loud. I bought ear plugs so I can sleep. The mattress is old and sinks in the middle. So I put a comforter in the hole and bought my own 2" mattress pad so I can be comfortable for my month long stay. This could be a nice condo if they actually maintained and cleaned it and if the managers acted like they care at all. The vent fans in the bathrooms are both covered in dust and the ceiling around the air vents are black. The views are very nice and the fridge works very well. I was there during off season and enjoyed the gym, pool and hot tub mostly by myself. I liked the amenities, parking, and location for building 2. Mold is also on the 2 vents that blow directly on you as you sleep in the most uncomfortable bed imaginable. I contacted the management company and all I got was “we are sorry and we will let the cleaning company know so they can do better” I mean seriously DO NOT RENT 902 tower 2 in grand Panama.

DO NOT RENT this property unless you enjoy dust and mold and just downright filth. My husband and I spent 2 hours cleaning upon our arrival. There is mold in the showers and on the walls. Mold is also on the 2 vents that blow directly on you as you sleep in the most uncomfortable bed imaginable. I contacted the management company and all I got was “we are sorry and we will let the cleaning company know so they can do better” I mean seriously DO NOT RENT 902 tower 2 in grand Panama.
The only good things I can say is that everything else about the grand Panama it’s self is beautiful and the pools and beach access are perfect. I would stay there but I would never rent from ECDI vacation rental property management again!!
