Pleasant

Clean property - well equipped and good interior/colour scheme. Plenty of choice of tea/coffee

Parking was an issue as only 1 space at front which was not available at the time. Can park round the back but there wasn't clear signage. Ash tray full of cigarettes and weeds front of property therefore not a good first impression but once inside completely different. There was not enough room in kitchen for 4 people to sit - as had to take chairs from bedroom as only two in kitchen. More signage needed outside property. Plenty of tea/coffee but no milk and would have been nice to have had biscuits the same as you would have in a hotel room but realize it was self-catering. Hadn't realized that property was not near Harbourmaster Hotel and therefore should have read the email for directions and key code (that was our fault).Staff at harbourmaster were pleasant and printed the email for us.

Great break in a fabulous hotel.

Great location, staff were fantastic, feeling of quality about the place.

Windows teeming with condensation. We stayed two nights and our room wasn’t made up after the first night which wasn’t a big deal but was disappointing.

Lovely hotel but could not air the room

We loved the decor of the hotel and the location and the restaurant and staff

There was no way to air the room, when we came in it felt as if someone had just showered, it was warm and humid. We left the bathroom fan on all day and all night as there were no windows to open, this made it not so comfortable sadly

A perfect place to stay in Aberaeron

A beautifully appointed hotel in a perfect position overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly and the room excellent. The quality of food at breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

Really enjoyable, comfortable excellent food.

Breakfast was different from what we expected in that we usually in other places have to collect cereals and fruit juices ourselves. Toast was not mentioned so we did without. Perhaps the system should have been explained to us before hand.

It was really good so no observations needed here!

A birthday treat at the harbourmaster

Loved everything about the harbourmaster. Perdect little gettaway, a lovely place to wind down and forget about the mad world we live in.

Loved everything cant think of any negative comments. Would definately reccommend it and visit again in the future.

Birthday celebration visit

Excellent evening meal very good quality with an excellent room overlooking the harbour. Excellent to have an opportunity to speak Welsh with friendly helpful local staff.

The cooked breakfast was excellent with locally sourced and restaurant made elements. However we had to ask for fruit juice and water. Toast was served with the cooked breakfast! I would have preferred the toast to be served separately on a side plate, we had to ask for marmalade and no choice of toast.

Great stay in a lovely setting with great food and service

It was a relaxing and beautiful stay in a beautiful location

Location was beautiful, staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. There was little extras in the rooms and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Gorgeous hotel in a stunning location. Will definitely be back.

The breakfast was very good - excellent choice and freshly cooked. Evening meal was superb. The staff were very friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. Location - gorgeous!

The room was slightly on the small side and I would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath. Still a very good shower though. Could do with a little paint touch up in the bathroom.

An relaxing two night break. Hotel and town are lovely.

We stayed in a room with a harbour view. It was perfect. Tasteful decor and all required ammenities. Throughout the hotel are tasteful colours and quality finishing touches. It is not a cliche of a boutique hotel (thankfully) It is Individual. Food is fantastic as is the beer!

A perfect stay.

It was perfect! We stayed in the beautifully presented cottage. The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 with large ensuites). It had everything, from very comfortable beds, board games, parking space to luxurious bathroom accessories. The cottage was located next to the harbour and had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. Luckily, we had the weather and time to relax by sitting outside the cottage to appreciate those views.

Exceptional

Great hotel right on the harbour front , we had a sea view room of all the boats moored up. Very nice people gave us a warm welcome and made our stay very pleasant. All food was excellent. One of the best places I have stayed.

I didn’t want to leave this calm friendly amazing place

Smoked salmon and poached eggs were amazing and lovely crockery

Pictures weren’t straight in the main bar, That’s all.

Wonderful.

Lovely place to stay on harbour. Parking ok as even though hotel space was full we found one nearby. Staff were lovely. Room was gorgeous.
