The location was perfect. The single room was quirky but had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were efficient, pleasant and helpful. Food was good
As I was late booking, the only room available was on the second floor - a spiral staircase with no lift. As I have athritis this did prove difficult. It was not the hotel's fault - I shall have to book earlier next time!

Stayed for a single night as part of a two-day trip from Aberystwyth to Aberteifi. It was very accessible for the Ceredigion coast path. The room facilities were excellent, the shower both had the monsoon head and a handheld precision head. The views out into the harbour were pristine, I could even see all the way over to New Quay from my room!
The first floor rooms are directly above the restaurant, something to consider if you're an early sleeper like me that there can be a little bit of noise, but it's tolerable.

Location amazing..hotel has become my favourite place to stay ..food was first class ( breakfast and evening meal)..staff all superb.
Can't fault it personally...had everything is wanted

The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. Overcooked (apart from the egg and tomato) could have been standing around for a very long time. Very greasy. Almost impossible to cut the bacon. Hash brown like nothing I’ve seen before but not in a good way. Very large chunks of fat in the black pudding.
Access to the room and bed. No bedside tables
