Receptionist gave a warm welcome - room was excellent. Hotel was very clean, shower was great - really good that there was tea and coffee in the room.

The property is at the great location. Clean and comfortable beds.
The property overall is great, but unfortunately, we weren’t very happy with the room we were given. It had a sloped ceiling, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable, and there was a machine located behind the room that created noticeable noise. Aside from the room and the noise issue, we had a positive experience with the property.

The breakfast (if they had put decent local sausages on) would have been one of the best cooked breakfasts i've had in any hotel. Let down fractionally because of the cheap sausages.

"All of it. It's obviously a new building which adds to it's attractiveness. Nice touches in the room were the welcome bottles of Radnor water. There was plenty of choice for the tea making facilities...."
