Great Breakfast and location.
Friendly staff.
Classic seafront b and b.
She accommodated our request for a change of room.
Sadly the Sea view was not available.
If its a vital part of of your stay, I suggest you phone the hotel before booking as she said sometimes changes on booking.com dont always appear immediately.

This hotel is lovely. We had a seafront bedroom for 3, it had a whirlpool bath that we weren't expecting! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice with a relaxed atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and the view is beautiful.
I guess some areas in the hallways are a little tired, but it adds to the retro B&B experience 👌
