There were no staff, which is fine, but the side entrance was filled with litter, ill lit and not very inviting.
It should be categorically stated that there is absolutely no parking facility at the hotel, and better instructions given to where facilities are. I think on your website the parking box is there, but it is certainly not for the hotel.
I didn't care for the tilting toilet which was unstable and quite frightening. I accept that it is an old building but nevertheless it didn't feel secure.
