Fabulous location. Staff I met at breakfast were lovely. I had a sea view from my bay window and a spacious room.
The only small thing to mention is very thin curtains and streetlights outside the window made it rather light.

The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and the room was very comfy with lovely facilities.
I only have two small niggles. I thought from the booking.com page my room would have a view of the seaside but it was just of a random street, and the telly was a bit old.

Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff
Parts of the guest house were dirty. The stairs to the rooms in particular did not seem to have been hoovered for weeks.
Did not like the shared bathroom facilities
