Nice comfortable clean they switched our rooms to accommodate us at no extra cost
Hair dryer didn’t work and no available iron.room wasn’t ready until about 1 hour after check in time

A lovely staff member
Check in though and also my leaving - was just functional - not overly personable .
Functional staff - the human touch missing .
However that was different at breakfast - friendly engagement .
