The appartment was just as in the offer. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was also a dishwasher. Everything seemed to be newly bought. The Internet connection was faster than at my home. There was a stunning view from the balcony which was quite spacious. The contact with the owner was very easy. Very easy access to the beach nearby that was never crowded. Nice restaurant around. I fully recommend the property and will come back definitely.

Appartement comme sur les photos, très propre, assez grand pour 2 personnes, grand balcon, vue magnifique, piscine superbe, peut être que quelques rénovations seraient nécessaires afin que cet appartement soit encore plus beau (encadrements anciens en bois, portes qui coincent, serrure de la porte d'entrée très difficile à ouvrir) mais en bref nous sommes ravis de nos vacances

This is a completely renovated one bedroom apartment with beautiful ocean views. The unit is well equipped and check-in is easy. The balcony faces east so you get nice sunny mornings and cooler shaded afternoons and evenings. The location couldn't be better. Easy walk to train and plaza as well as convenient elevator down to the beach. Great place to stay for a relaxing well situated apartment.

We were very happy with the apartment. It was exactly as described, and in an ideal location for us. The apartment owner Maria was very responsive and helpful. We would go back there again.

Appartement bien situé, dans un gros complexe en bord de mer. Convient pour un couple. Fait face à l’est. Belle terrasse. Toutes les commodités y sont. Matelas confortable, literie très propre. À proximité d’un petit supermarché (environ 600 mètres), et de la gare d’autobus (moins d’un km). Toutefois la piscine n’est ouverte qu’à partir de la fin juin, ce qui est bien dommage. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour et nous recommandons cette location sans réserve.

The apt is very well situated near Place St-Miguel. To do your shopping you have many places.The view is exceptionally for the eyes, you see the mountains, the sea and Malaga. Very well equipped, very clean.

Asunto oli siisti ja erittäin puhdas. Huoneisto sijaitsi loistavalla paikalla juna-aseman läheisyydessä. Vastaanotto alakerrassa oli kielitaidotonta ja osin halutontakin neuvomaan tarvittaessa. Näköala oli upea Malagan suuntaan, mutta samalla se oli varjossa koko päivän. Makuuhuoneen vuoteet olivat hyvät ja niissä nukkui mainiosti. Huoneistossa olisi paljonkorjattavaa, jotta sitä voisi aidosti suositella muille mm. Ulko-oven ja parvekkeen ovien lukot tulisi uusia, kylpyhuoneessa wc- ovi hankasi lattiaa, suihkun lattiakaivo veti huonosti. Keittiössä oli riittävästi koneita. Astianpesukoneen alatason pyörät puuttuivat. Ilmalämpöpumput toimivat hyvin. Wi-fi oli nopea eikä pätkinyt. Televisiossa oli vain espanjankieliset kanavat. Piha-alue oli todella siisti ja rauhallinen. Siellä oli mukava istuskella. Uima-allas ei ollut käytössä (talvi-aikaan).

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i Marias lejlighed. Alt var iorden,der var rent og pænt overalt.Vi manglede ingenting.Man bor tæt på strand og by og har en fantastisk udsigt som man kan nyde fra altanen. Der findes et dejligt pool område som man frit kan benytte. Jeg kan varmt anbefale andre at besøge dette sted. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage.

L'appartement est bien rénové, c'est beau et très propre. Le lit est très confortable et nous avons beaucoup d'espace.La salle de bain est très propre également avec une grande douche. La terrasse est tout simplement magnifique et la vue extraordinaire. Il ne doit pas y avoir mieux que ça à Torremolinos! La piscine commune est très grande et c'est agréable d'y passer du temps. Je recommande cet appartement à tout le monde!!!

Wir durften als vierköpfige Familie (43, 41, 13 und 11 Jahre) in den Pfingstferien Mai 2018 in diesem super Appartement zu Gast sein. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen kostet mit dem Taxi 20 Euro und per WhatsApp hatten wir der sehr netten Vermieterin Maria bescheid über unsere Ankunftszeit gegeben. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert und uns wurde erklärt wie wir mit der Zugangskarte für das Gebäude Castillo Santa Clara mit dem Fahrstuhl unten zum Strand gelangen. Die Einrichtung des Appartements hat bei uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Es war alles äußerst gründlich gereinigt und alle Möbel und Gegenstände der Einrichtung waren in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Der riesengroße Balkon ist geschätzte 8 x 2 Meter und die Aussicht ist einfach gigantisch. Wir haben uns an diesem Ausblick jeden Tag auf ein Neues erfreut. Die Lage dieses Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Zentrum und Supermärkte sind ganz bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Promenade lädt auf beiden Seiten kilometerlang zu abendlichen Flaniergängen ein. Es gibt unzählige gute Restaurants wo das Preis Leistungsverhältnis einfach passt. Am Strand befinden sich ebenfalls unzählig viele Beachclubs in denen man ab 4 Euro eine Liege mieten kann. Schirm, Dusche, Wlan, Toilette und Bedienung am Strand inklusive. Die Getränkepreise würde ich auch hier als sehr human bis sehr günstig einordnen. Wir lagen immer bei MG Jamon, dort kostete ein Baguette Iberio 2 Euro, Kaffee, Cola, Fanta oder ein Glas Wein 1 Euro, ein halber Liter Bier 1,50 Euro. Andere Strandrestaurants sind zum Teil exklusiver aufgemacht aber auch dort sind die Preise extrem zivil. Wir haben uns in dem Ort Torremolinos, speziell in diesem Appartement, pudelwohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir in naher Zukunft mal wieder eine Gelegenheit finden werden hier Gast sein zu dürfen. Wir können diesen Ort, diese Unterkunft und nicht zu vergessen die freundliche Vermieterin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
