The guest bathroom comes equipped with a tub and shower. The living room has a full-size sofa, two comfortable chairs, a swivel wall-mounted 4K smart television with cable, and an electric remote-control fireplace. The ambiance of the fireplace is perfect for both summer and winter months. The living room provides direct access to the private balcony and picturesque views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless-steel appliances, i.e. microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher as well as a garbage disposal for all your cooking needs. Cookware, flatware, dinnerware, coffee maker and a toaster are provided. Five stools are located at the counter for your dining pleasure next to a handcrafted oyster shell mosaic. For your convenience, the Polished Pearl will provide a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and all your linens for both bedrooms and bathrooms. All linens are brand new.
