This is a wonderful villa. Clean, well organized, well equipped, safe, private, quiet and beautiful. The location is great. You are a 5 minute walk to an area with a large supermarket, pharmacy and a few restaurants but still in a very quiet and private residential area. Beach is 150 meters from the villa. A lovely beach for walking but waves were a bit too much for us for swimming. Some of the best beaches in Guadeloupe are less than a 15 minutes drive from the villa. The town of Deshaies with many nice restaurants is also about 15 minutes away. The welcome and assistance from Veronique and Bernard was excellent. Good to know that the villa comes with a surf board, a cooler, ice packs and some beach chairs which we did not expect but greatly appreciated. There is also lots of books (mainly in French) and some sand toys too for the littles ones. Another big plus we had not realized, is that the villa is part of a gated community so you need a code to access the area. The area itself however feels very safe so this was just an added bonus. Would return in a heartbeat! Un GROS merci à Véronique et Bernard!

Description de la villa et de ses alentours conforme à l'annonce. La villa est agréable, on s'y sent bien.
Nous ne pouvons que vous la recommander et vous souhaitons de bonnes vacances à la villa Cézanne.

Belle villa au calme avec vue sur mer à 100m et isolée des voisins par une végétation tropicale dense et en partie fleurie.
Agréable et grande terrasse bien meublée où nous avons pris la plupart de nos repas et dégusté ti-punch et planteurs pour nous reposer de nos nombreuses visites.
Piscine bien appréciée par nos petits enfants.
Villa suffisamment grande pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants (3 chambres et 2 salles de bain).
Bien située au nord de Basse-Terre, entre Deshaies et Sainte- Rose, à proximité de plusieurs grandes plages sauvages. Supérette Leclerc à 5mn à pied.
Propriétaires accueillants malgré notre retard à l'arrivée.
