Perfection

Gérant très disponible et d'accord pour vous emmener jusqu'à la ville si besoin. Très bel endroit très proche de la plage. Les chambres disposent d'un petit salon, je recommande fortement

near the beach & comfortable

Tan makes every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He is very attentive and always asks about your well-being. When I got off to the next place, he even dropped me off at the ferry and we enjoyed a coffee together. Also the room is just very spacious and clean. In about 5 minutes you are at the beach. You can easily rent a motorcycle and drive to the city center if you want that. But there are also enough food options around. Also quiet at night. I really enjoyed my stay there

A romantic stay - Bali in Da Nang.

The Balinese styled area that we had breakfast. The host is very friendly and accommodative.

Very good

The room was good. Breakfast was okayish, considering it was a homestay. The property is a couple of kilometers from the beaches and around 6 kilometers from the main hoi an ancient town.

The ceiling of the room is of asbestos, and as a result, the room doesn't cool down during the daytime.

Cosy, clean, place near the sea with an excellent host

Tam, the owner, is the most friendliest person. He arranged everything we asked; scooters, late check-out, etc.

Two special weeks spent at Seamist

We really felt at home at Seamist. Tam was an exceptional host and was eager to help with any questions or request. He made our experience in Hoi An special and we loved spending over two weeks at his him and his families place. We enjoyed breakfast that Tam cooked each day which had a variety of choices and was great to try everything. We chose this location due to its proximity to the beach so loved the laid back beach town vibe and friendly locals. We will miss it! Hope to come back one day :)

Super lovely place

The place is really lovely and comfortable. The location is great. A bit far from the town centre but you can easily rent a scooter. Very close to the coast and many beaches. Tam was a great host, very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was also quite good, with different options to choose from. I only wish we could have stayed longer 😊

Nice welcome place

It was a very nice experience. Tam and his family were very nice and always trying to help us and gave us the best tips how to get around in Hoi an. The appartment was very clean, a very big room for our family and the breakfast was plenty with many options to choose from. Tam even prepare a nice surprise for us due to our wedding anniversary. They make you feel so welcomed and our kids love it. One day Tam borrow us scooter and he even came with us showing us the best option for a non expensive tour nearby with traditional boats. We definitely recommend their place.

Great value for money.

Tam is a fantastic host. He has been more than helpful in arranging excursions, taking us for a bike tour and providing delicious daily breakfast. He has gone above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Excellent hospitality and kind owner.

Very close to the beach. The property owner was incredibly helpful and kind. He can arrange moped hire for a good price which you’ll need to get around (to An Bang beach or into the Old Town). He cooks breakfast every morning and has many recommendations for activities/restaurants/tailor made suits etc.

Nice place close to the beach for short time

The room is really nice and comfortable. It is so close to the beach, like 5 minutes walking. And the host is really nice and welcoming. I had to leave early and he got me a Banh Mi for breakfast, thanks again! And we really liked the little terrace infront of the room.

Unfortunately the place had problems with humidity, my clothes were moist all the time. As well as there was a smell of mold. But that’s it!

Superb

We had a great time there despite the bad weather and certainly thanks to Tam! We could always flexibly borrow the bikes for free or a moped to take advantage of the rain-free time. The breakfast was also very good and the rooms large, clean and equipped with everything you need.... Tam was a very warm host who made our stay unforgettable!

Tam was a super great host and was very helpful in helping to arrange tours and transport with good discounts. Breakfasts was very good and as Tam made himself, it was like how the locals ate. wonderful experience and great stay.

The people of the homestay are extremely nice and very helpful. Anything you need help with, suggestions, motorbike hires, cycle- they will happily help you out with it. The breakfast was also very delicious and well thought out. I even managed try vegetarian versions of many vietnamese dishes thanks to them!

Perfect!

the host steals the show. He ensures you are comfortable and helps you with everything required. He goes and extra mile. would surely recommend this place for everyone as its value for money and comfort. Plus the host knowing English is a cherry on the cake!

Very good

It's a old school villa so has a nice charm. The owner very friendly and trying to help with everything. Room is very big so for a chilling holiday and just going to the beach is good place to stay.

Location sadly wasn't good as the weather was bad because you are a bit far from Hoi an but for staying in the beach it's a good location. The higiene products not goods Aldo we had our own things but they could offer better higiene products.

We loved this place. The hosts are so kind and helpful too!

The breakfast was absolutely WONDERFUL! They let us choose what we wanted the night before and it included fresh fruit, juice/coffee, and the dishes of our choice.

It was a bit far from the center of Hoi An, but that was absolutely worth it to be so close to the beach.

Super helpful host family. Nothing was a problem to arrange. Nice quiet location and shady sitting out area.
