The location of the hotel is close to the beach, shops, swimming pool, friendly staff who were helpful.
The air conditioning could only be turned on when you were in the room and it didn't work on our last night, the smell from the sewer was strong. The breakfast had little choice, they served it from 7.30 am and there was only ham, butter, cheese, pastries and cereals to choose from, and when most of the guests had finished eating, they brought a larger selection of breakfast just before 9 am. On the last day of our stay, we were shocked at breakfast, as there were no eggs at all and when we asked for them, they told us that the chef was sick.

Struttura bellissima esternamente con piscina veramente ottima. Per rapporto qualità prezzo buono.
Il cibo a partire dalla colazione fino alla cena era tutto buonissimo e abbondante con varie opzioni.

Unica pecca che lo porta a perdere molto è la pulizia lasciata un po andare e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, ma comunque nell’insieme è molto sporco ed è un peccato per la bella struttura che è, basterebbe solo che le donne delle pulizie abbiano un po più di attenzione anche perche vedendo attentamente lavano sempre tutto nella lavanderia quindi non capisco il motivo di tutto questo.
Un consiglio se proprio è necessario almeno a inserirlo nelle opzioni se non rientra nel prezzo il cambio di queste cose in stanza, magari una persona paga quei pochi soldi in più ma almeno è al corrente.
Altra pecca la doccia senza vetro scomoda.

Giardino esterno e open bar giornaliero incluso nel soggiorno, vista dal terrazzo della camera.
Bagno da ristrutturare e cibo a buffet da migliorare l’ assortimento e la disposizione delle pietanze che erano parecchio esposte alle api.

The best thing was plenty of sun beds and peaceful around the pool and very quiet . The staff were very friendly and always wanted to help were they could. A special mention to the young man on reception very helpful just didn’t quite catch his name. If you want P&Q and don’t want to go very far this is for you if you want a near local town not for you.
To far from nearest town taxi was €20 for return trip or 25 min walk and walking at night dangerous with the roads, the food not a great deal of choice for an All Inclusive hotel you can eat something but poor overall on the food side needs much improvement as was luke warm at best , again staff very friendly on service and can cook what they are told , drinks all fine , beer great , cocktails great , service on bar no problems always greeted with a smile. Rooms on the small side , always issues with the toilet & shower leaking but fixed them myself , air con fab very cold big thumps up. Overall would I stay here again based on the peace & quiet & friendliness off staff YES I would, but not all inclusive until improvements are made. 10/10 for staff and 3/10 for food.
