Nice, friendly owner, clean, great location, very good value.
No bathroom, only toilet, with shower & sink in the bedroom.

The room was ok with a good sized bathroom, with a bath. The Italian restaurant, across the road (recommended) was good, Full English £10 each + your drink, you need to consider this when considering the price of the B&B
The only communication with the owner was via text, and although the dinning room had been unlocked for us there was no facility to cook, not even access to a microwave. The road outside can also be noisy over night

the bedroom had a very odd set up; sink and shower in the bedroom
