It was one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
From reception to waiting and kitchen and housekeeping staff to concierge - each and every member of staff were fantastic.

The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable.
The breakfast quality needs improvement. The fried rice had a burnt smell, and the kuey teow was not very tasty.
In addition, the location of the water pipes inside the bathroom was inconvenient and affected the overall appearance of the room.
The bathroom amenities and utensils were also below expectations.
