The Kame House was great place and value to put my head down for couple nights. The beds were comfortable enough and facilities were clean. The property has a good amount of common spaces for guests to relax.
The location was not the best from the El Nido town proper.

Good overall hostel in El Nido. There is a small pool, lounge area inside and out, parking for motorbikes, a small kitchen and free water. Rooms are nice and comfy with good lockers. Staff are all very nice and helpful
Upper floor was a bit hotter as the air con is central air so I would recommend a lower floor if you want a cooler room.

This hostel has a very nice commonarea inside and outside.
The breakfast is quite nice.
First night, I was in the upstairs dorm that had no AC, it was quite hot during day and night. Only one fan for 4 people.
I asked to change into an ac'ed room for the 2nd night, that was possible.
There's only one router for WiFi that covers the common area but not the dorms. So no WiFi while you're in bed.
The bathrooms have been in quite old condition. The showerheads had been broken and need renewal. The toilets are ok but there's toiletpaper on the floor constantly.
