Thought I'd died and gone to heaven

Starting from Tzoula from Reservations who immensely helped with everything, once we arrived, the reception and Concierge team were exceptional. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Every single team member from the front of house team was so professional, friendly and warm and they knew their job so well. The staff during breakfast were so helpful and friendly. Honestly, what an experience. It's the place but also the people who make the place. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience.

Not 5*, avoid at all costs!

location was good

not 5*. terrible gym, no pool, no where to relax as the entire of Nammos is built to party, no cheaper or easier menu options. no water to shower day we arrived. aircon stopped working and they couldn’t fix it. no replenishment of tea, coffee or toilet rolls in the room.

Great location at a beautiful beach

The location is amazing, at a great beach, right in front of Nammos and the beach is protected from the strong winds. The staff is super nice and always willing to help the guests.

After the change of control and name, the hotel is now part of Nammos. Although that is great, it also brought some issues. The main one is that there’s no restaurant or bar at the N hotel during the day anymore, and is room service only, or beach service (also by Nammos). However, the room service also is serviced by Nammos, and the menu is quite short and it also can take quite a while to arrive. Another minor thing to keep in mind is that if you want to relax/sleep in your room during the day, that can be quite challenging as the music at Nammos is very very loud during the day, and it can be difficult to rest, if you want to :)

Amazing.

Property and staff were amazing. Rooms were modern and clean but a bit small for price…but it’s Mykonos in July. Breakfast was delicious. One of the best I’ve had with hotel stay. Being at Nammos was highlight. Free beach chairs and again just outstanding service from beach and restaurant staff. My only complaint was the bed and pillows were a bit hard for my liking.

no English tv apart from news, no films, room smaller than a shoebox, wrong information from host, rubbish choice in minibar, breakfast very poor. no bar in the hotel.

Stunning views. Amazing room. Some of the staff were lovely. The front of house was brilliant. Receptionist and welcome team brilliant.

Attitude of some of the staff was really really bad. One man and one woman at breakfast were awful. The amount of plastic used in stupid attempts to look covid secure (make zero difference) is horrible. Genuinely enough to put you off going back for this alone. EVERYTHING is covered in plastic and it all just gets thrown straight away. Terrible. Especially when your literally on the seafront !!!

Luxury prices but didn’t feel very luxurious

Beach is amazing, drinks and food available fantastic, reception staff very helpful, room very well equipped

It’s not a big charge but never feels good to pay for the beach loungers when it’s a beach hotel - I thought we’d be able to use the pool a bit but it’s tiny and (bizarrely) heated ?! Staff are not really of the standard you’d expect in a high end hotel Service is so slow at breakfast, I don’t want to spend 45 minutes to have an omelette and a coffee Food in restaurant was good but menu could have been bigger as once you’ve been a couple of times it’s a bit repetitive Please use hard menus, I hate qr codes

Our home Kensho!!

Sort stay due to lack of availability, but the best one! The location is awasome in front of the beach, the food excellent and the staff so attentive and polite. I stay at another hotel on the island for the moment and I'm coming back next week for five days. Lucky one!! TIP...book your stay asap as this hotel is always fully booked

The absolute stay i had in Mykonos!Unwind indeed

Nice Property - Loud Neighbor

Beautiful property and conveniently located on the beach. Staff is very friendly.

It’s unfortunately located next to Nammos which plays extremely loud music until 1am. The rooms are not sound proof so you do hear it all day and evening so don’t expect to find peace and quiet at this hotel. Beach chairs cost extra even if you are staying at the property which was a big inconvenience since there are very few chairs by the pool.

Pleasant

The place, the landscape, the spa, professional staff (except à the beach).

We travel in several resorts every year all over the world. And I was never asked to make me pay beach matelas whereas I am a guest of the hotel. It was not mentioned when we booked. Staff was professional (director very good), except at the beach. They make you pay first line matelas more than standard ones. 2 hours after, they put an other line of matelas front of you. I really did not understand the concept…. You pay 150 euros each matelas for what ?
