Clean and practical place. Lovely balcony with a beautiful view, very close to bars, shops, restaurants, the viewpoint, the beach and the bus station. Quiet at night. Has AC and the washing machine. Big drying rack on the balcony as well as a table and chairs so we preferred having breakfast there. Ernesto was nice and very helpful. He lives downstairs and whenever he'd see us he would always check if we needed anything.
Things like salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are not available in the appartment but Ernesto was very accommodating when we asked for some oil. Also, be mindful tap water is not considered potable anywhere in Gran Canaria. The flat is not too big, but enough for two people if you spend most of your day outside exploring.

Location was very good. Dogs are welcome.
We booked apartment with balcony and this was most important for us, but there was no balcony in our apartment. There was only the opportunity to sit outside one floor higher behind the neighbors' door.
And wifi didn't work most of the time. Although the owner was very helpful, it was not useful, you can't use wifi there.
We left earlier and do not recommend this accommodation if you need wifi and a balcony.
