Proximity to the beach,shopping and restaurants.Breakfast was wonderful with multiple options. Outdoor seating was a plus.
Room was misrepresented. The room Coco Rain was small with limited space. The bathroom however,was large and spacious . Some staff had limited interest. Not helpful to us when we had never been to Cape May. Limited staff presence used AI as their alternative. A map was given for parking with illegible markings.Not helpful when someone needs advice or an opinion.

Breakfasts were very good
The room was very small and smelled of mildew. The room was in an addition at the back of the house. The outdoor shower was attached to the side wall of the room. There was no privacy if the curtains were opened. No privacy blinds.
The rugs in the room were very dirty and worn out. The A/C didnt work very well.
The fridge in the guest kitchen area smelled badly. There is no manager onsite to make sure the inn is run properly. The young student staff are very nice but they need managing.
