Great location and the reception staffs are super nice and helpful. Laundry room is clean and provided laundry powder. Lounge is cozy and have kitchen with big refrigerator you can use.
The family room we stay, the bathroom facilities were old, aircon for sure have some problem, it became very warm at early morning. It’s seems like system was turn off.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it very convenient to travel around Taipei. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the ground floor of the building is filled with claw machine arcades, which was fun to explore. The room was generally clean, and once we reported an issue, the staff responded quickly and resolved it.
During the first two nights, water was dripping from the ceiling in several spots, not just one area. We reported it on the morning of the third day, and the hotel fixed the issue and placed a dehumidifier in the room. While I appreciate their prompt response. The staff were average in terms of service, though they were efficient when handling complaints.

Very close to the main station
Front desk staff can be more friendly. For example, many times we greeted the staff first “ good morning!” “Hello” and then sometimes they didn’t even reply us.

Excellent location near Taipei Station, and rooms were quite spacious
Bed was very thin and hard on the back. Toilets and bathtub were not very clean as well and we ended up not using the tub at all which was a waste. Not sure if it was the sewage but the toilet had a smell too. For a similar price or lower, there are better hotels to pick from
