Honestly, I don’t have any complaints. The room was nice, the location was great. About a ten minute walk to ximending. There’s tons of convenience stores and a Starbucks nearby. The room itself was nice. It had everything you needed and was clean. The shower was super big and nice. The room might be a lil tiny, but for two people, we were chillin. The staff were nice. There were free snacks and sodas available at the reception area. There’s a laundry room that you can use that works good. Overall, everything was good.

Staff was helpful when I needed help printing a document. Convenient location. Lifts available and didn't require long waits. The room was clean and comfy, and our personal highlight was the heated toilet seat!
