Visit AMI Beach Home, a marvelous custom-built ground floor vacation rental home just a few steps from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island on 201 69th Street. 4 spacious Bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, accommodates up to 8 people, 3 King beds, 2 Twin beds, 1 Queen sleeper sofa in living room. No smoking. No Pets. Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets. service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property. Heated Saltwater Pool and Spa After a sunny day at the beach, use the outdoor foot shower to cool down and rinse your sandy feet. Take a dip into the heated butterfly-shaped pool, a sun ledge and a hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. Choose between swimming in the warmth of the Florida sun or relaxing in the shade under the roof overhang even during tropical rain showers. Our tropical outdoor paradise is waiting for you and will offer you plenty of space for a family get together. Spa temperature is set to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure. Luxurious Ground Floor Single Family Home Enter the luxurious ground floor single family home through the light-flooded, open living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings. The home features two master bedrooms with connected master bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom right across the hallway. An additional bathroom is right next to the backyard and pool access. Every bedroom and the pergola are equipped with TV sets. You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property. Driveway, Pool Equipment on left side yard under video surveillance with motion activated recording. No cameras inside the building or pool/spa area. Air Conditioning and Smart Thermostats Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 74°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

This was a great location and overall great vacation home. It was clean and perfect for our families. There were a few minor things like more bath towels and having the pool cleaned throughout our stay. We were there for 7 nights and not a single time the pool was cleaned. It thunder-stormed a couple nights so palm debris was in the pool. The owner of the house came by out of the blue. It would have been nice if we got a notification ahead of time. The grill needs repairs also. Good communication with the management company. We arrived early and when we asked to get in early and pay for it, we were denied. We had kids 3-17 with us. The cleaning and maintenance people had already been there and told us they were done. But management wouldn’t let us in. So we sat in the rain until our designated time. I mean we knew we would be earlier but it would have been helpful if they were kind enough to let us get the kids out of the rain. Overall we would definitely stay again and plan our timing better or reserve a day ahead of time.

The house is really nice even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen as well as the whole house is very well equipped with everything we needed. We really had a great stay in this house and used the pool and hot tub a lot. it was our fourth stay on the island and we will gladly return to this house. The location of this house is very good very close to the beach!

We took our Senior son on Spring Break and really enjoyed this property. Perfect location for easy beach access and house was set up nicely with open floor plan and a nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended

This home was nice. Great location to the beach. I suggest renting a golf cart and bikes for the week. Only complaint is we had only one towel per person, so we had to do laundry everyday.

Anna Marie island is absolutely beautiful. This property however had a few things I was disappointed in. The internet was unreliable. I needed to connect to my office a couple of times throughout my stay and the internet was out. I contacted the property manager only to be told she needed to contact the owner. They did eventually after multiple requests restore the internet by stopping by to reboot at least 4 different times. It definitely was inconvenient and I would not recommend if you need to work remotely. The spa only works between the time of 1pm and 10pm each day. Which is helpful information that we found out 2 days after we arrived and couldn't get it working. The property is a stones throw to the beach which again is beautiful. It is also a single level home which I needed for my elderly parents that did travel with me, so I loved that. The kitchen is nice and big and we loved cooking and enjoying meals together.

From start to finish was a complete pleasure. We had to book in a short period of time bcuz our first home was destroyed by Hurricane Ian down on Fort Myers Beach. All went smoothly until Hurricane Nicole showed up, but we made the most of it. This house is wonderful and accommodated 8 ladies just perfectly. If I had one complaint, it would be that we needed more bath towels. But we made great use of the super nice washer and dryer! Would definitely recommend and we hope to go back soon!!

We stayed here for my husbands’ 40th birthday weekend with friends. The layout is perfect for a group and we enjoyed the spa more than expected! We swam, played chess and enjoyed the beautiful weather in the evenings watching football outside. Great location, a short walk to the beach. Beds were large and comfortable - great spot!

It is an outstanding property that was one block from the beach. Everything was in working order and was either new or very well maintained. The house and furnishings were nicer than advertised. We will certainly stay there again in the future!

We have stayed in several Vrbo houses and have always had very responsive hosts and great experiences. This was not one of those times.
The house is nice, and the location is great, but the host was horrible!!
The spa advertised in the listing doesn’t work. We contacted the host and they indicated that it was broken, and it would be fixed as soon as possible which never happen. We were never told it was broken or that it wouldn’t be fixed. We were not even offered an apology. The host just texted back saying "it will be fixed when we get the part"
The house needs to be fumigated as there are ants everywhere. We live in Florida so we know not to leave anything out but even with us leaving all food in the refrigerator at all times, there were ants everywhere.
Besides the ants and spa issue, we were ok until the last day when the host had people install solar panels on the roof. We had no notice or heads up that they were coming and were awakened before 8 am with laborers working on the roof. The work was not only loud but also dangerous as they were carrying heavy equipment through the backyard (where our little kids were playing) and the front door. We had to go under a ladder in the front door to get our luggage to our cars. The host never told us there was going to be any work on the property and when we reach out to her, she said she had forgotten they were coming and told us to have a late checkout which we declined as the situation was not safe. Again, no apologies for the inconvenience.

The house was very nice. We had a problem with ants. The management sent someone right away to spray. The ants were gone for one day then we’re back. Also, hot tub never worked. Service man ordered part but not there before we left. Other than these issues, we had a great time. Perfect location to beach and pool was clean and refreshing.

Location is only redeeming quality
If the owners and property manager had handled our issues better, this would be a four star review. But we rented this home because it had a hot tub and one of our guests could soak her arthritic hip. However, the hot tub didn’t work. While the property manager responded pretty quickly, she then proceeded to lie about the entire situation. First we were told we were having our rate adjusted for the inconvenience. Then she claimed it was just the hot tub timer. However, the tub never worked.
Secondly, the air conditioning is terrible. It was almost 100 degrees our entire stay and the owners have the a/c locked remotely so you can’t lower it. The main living room was the worst for a/c so it was way too hot to hang there. The one night we cooked, the house heated up 10 more degrees. The property manager said “check the vents.” That’s another excuse. The vents could only be reached with a ladder.
The beds! They put so much money into renovating the home, they put straw mattresses on the beds. These mattresses should have been destroyed over 50 years ago. How do you have a beautiful home with such terrible beds. Between the heat and the beds, not one person in our group slept through the night!
Then, after check out, during my follow up with the property manager, she lied again and said she never said she was adjusting our rate. She said she was not communicating with me because I booked the home through VRBO. So, here is their review.

So easily rented. Great communication, Beautiful house, perfect pool, one block to the beach. Everything you could need for a family vacation. I loved that when I got up early I could go to the living room kitchen area and everyone in the bedrooms was resting soundly. Kitchen has everything you need and an outdoor grill. Felt like a queen for a week. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will be back 🥰

Overall a great beach stay
Overall really great…
Pros:
The location is a perfect/easy walk to the beach. The property was well equipped and pretty comfortable. Very roomy with large bedrooms/bathrooms and living room/kitchen area. Washer and dryer were in great condition. Back yard was very private and nice to enjoy family time in the pool/hot tub.
Cons for us:
The floor in this place was really dirty. We contacted the property manager right away because our feet were black after unpacking. She had someone come the next day to address it, and it was better but still felt dirty for our whole stay. The tile and grout really need to be professionally cleaned. The beds were not very comfortable for our liking. The air conditioning had restrictions on how low you could set it (which is understandable in FL because you don’t want to burn out the AC unit, but the airflow wasn’t great so the bedrooms were a little stuffy). The pool was 62 degrees. We heated the hot tub to try to let the overflow warm the pool, but it was still a bit chilly.
I don’t want to sound like a Karen…overall the property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

To operate the TV, we needed a tutorial as it total streaming, no cable. This is not a complaint, just a statement. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We were there for a month, and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house less than a block to the beach
The house is beautiful and the outdoor space is even better. I visited with two small children and the house was perfect. The beach is across the road and is in a great location. .7 mile walk to the downtown area. The house was perfect with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room is open and huge. Highly recommend and would book there again!

The house is very clean and well-kept, and the pool and hot tub are very nice also! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is across the street from the beach so that was very helpful for us ( one small child and two older ones). The absolute best!
We will definitely stay here again! We traveled with extended family and we all loved this property. Spacious and perfectly laid out to give everyone their own space. Great if you have elderly guests coming as everything is on one floor. The home was stocked with everything you could need including beach toys and cart. We loved all the outdoor seating and swing. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. Two minute stroll to the gorgeous beach. Excellent in every way! As a travel agent I’ve stayed a lot of places and this one was one of the best!

Anna Maria Island time!!!
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! We traveled with two special needs siblings and the house was perfect for them, including all one level, walk in showers and short distance to the beach!!! The home was gorgeous! Enjoyed the pool and spa in the late afternoon. Sometimes would have enjoyed the spa in the morning, but does not operate until 3:00 pm. Cheri is great and handled our questions quickly when we arrived! We love the laid back area so much! Can’t wait to return again! Thanks!

Clean, Updated and Convenient to Everything
The house has basically everything you need for a family stay - plenty of bedrooms, tv's in every room, nice pool, outdoor dining space, and is convenient to the beach and shopping. The icemaker did not work, which is not a big deal but we did have to purchase ice. We could not get the outdoor spa/hot tub to work although we followed the directions as written. We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn't try to get the property manager to fix it, consequently I'm not sure if we were just missing something in the process or if its actually inoperative. Overall, we had a great quick stay, and would recommend this place.

Great home for our family and SO close to the beach! Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Loved that it was a one-story home and it is SO spacious! Loved everything about it, will definitely be back!
