About this house rental
Welcome to our private Timber Ridge family retreat in beautiful Shaver Lake. Set on more than an acre of wooded property, this spacious six-bedroom, four-bath home is designed for multi-generational families and families vacationing together.

WINTER AT TIMBER RIDGE
When the snow arrives, the property becomes its own winter playground. Kids—and plenty of adults—can sled and play right behind the house without having to load everyone into the car to find a snow-play area.
SUMMER IN SHAVER LAKE
Spend the day boating, swimming, fishing or hiking, then come home to the huge deck, barbecue with the family, enjoy the game room or watch the deer wander through the property near the backyard fire pit.
A HOME FOR FAMILIES
We take great pride in Timber Ridge and especially enjoy welcoming families who return year after year. This is a family-oriented home; parties and events are not permitted, maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, and we ask guests to respect the home, property and neighbors.
During approximately October through March, outdoor couches and tables are stored to protect them from winter weather.

We had another wonderful vacation at the cabin! It’s our 4th year returning as a group of families. We love sledding on the property, easy access to China Peak (30 min), beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood and amazing home. Inside, our kids can play on the lower level (allowing grown ups to visit upstairs). There’s ample room for everyone and very comfortable bedrooms. We’ll definitely be back next year!

This is a wonderful vacation rental. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving.There was plenty of room for all my kids, grandkids, and extended family. Everyone enjoyed our annual snow trip and we are interested in renting the house for our annual trip next February.

Comfortable, clean, and lovely. We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday and she felt like a princess. Very special place we would definitely stay again.
