Perfect for generations of family, large groups, or even small business retreats any time of year, our home is situated on nearly 18 wooded acres on the south end of Lake Keowee. The beautiful post and beam barn-style main home was completed in 2018 and features three floors and over 4600 sq. ft of indoor space, and more importantly, HEAPS of outdoor living space including over 1800 sq. ft. of decks and porches. New for the 2023 season is our TREEHOUSE - designed and built by the woodworking artisans at Treehugger Customs. Perched high on the point and poised for stunning views of the lake, it features fun and funky indoor and outdoor space, and sleeps up to 4. Adjacent to the house and treehouse is our PUTTING GREEN by Heritage Synthetic Turf, and you'll also find nature trails meandering throughout our property. This is the place you've been looking for to switch-off, and relax and unwind with family and friends. Close to all the conveniences (grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the hospital) and only a 20 minute drive to Clemson. Although we have all the modern amenities such as big screen TVs and WIFI, we encourage you to kick-it old school by putting down the phones, tablets, and computers and SLOWING DOWN! Just enjoy spending quality time with your loved ones or group. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature surrounding you. Bring your boat, rent a boat, or use our paddle boards to paddle out to the small beaches on the island just outside the cove. Several concrete path options take you down to a patio area next to the lake, then a few gentle steps down to the guest dock and you're in the water playing! Excellent property to hold business retreat and team building- amenities, location supported a large group of 13 people to co mingle but also break out and have individual space as well— great spot on lake.

We had 23 people total. 15 adults ranging from 26-82 years old and 8 kids from 1-14 years old. We had a great time. The only downside was that the upstairs loft and room where hot. I would just suggest bringing fans for that area (we also had a lot of people in and out). The paddle boards and water toys were amazing. Mark responded very quickly with my questions. It’s a great place!!!

We wanted to get the extended family together for a vacation and this was the perfect spot. The home was big enough to accommodate our large party of 20 and it had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze. There was plenty of parking for all of the cars and both the children and adults loved the property. There was plenty of seating for eating and playing games at night. The screened in porch and deck provided a great place to sit and relax. The dock was a big hit as we were able to bring a boat and jet skis, plus the cove location made it perfect for swimming and floats. We even caught a few fish off the dock and made smores one night at the firepit. The treehouse is very well done and gave us the added space we needed. There were enough beds for everyone and having a separate den in the basement was great. Our family is already talking about booking again for next summer!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property! We love everything about it….the location, the open concept living space, the dock being set back in a cove, the putting green, and so much more. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable for our large family. The treehouse is a perfect addition to this fabulous property. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful time at this impressive property! Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, play and eat. The dock was great for swimming. Loved the splash mat and paddle boards and putting green. Property owner very responsive.

This is a great home for creating memories! We enjoyed it immensely. Cousins that had not met before had a blast. It is a beautiful, spacious home in an even more beautiful setting. The kitchen is well-equipped for feeding large groups. The huge screen porch was awesome for family meals. Time on the lake was inspiring. Family from the Pacific Northwest kept saying "what a beautiful area." We will always cherish the time we spent together here.

We had 15 family members come in for our daughters graduation and the house was perfect for a large family of all ages. The open family rooms and porches were perfect for when we all wanted to be together but the house is large enough for those who needed to escape for some quiet time! We had a perfect weekend celebrating our Clemdon grad!! Putting green and fire pit were added fun! Tree house wasn’t quite finished but looks amazing! I can’t recommended this house enough!! Love 💜🧡

Wonderful property for a large group with enough space to spread out. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals-almost as good as my own kitchen. We appreciated the “emergency supplies” to get us started! While it was cold outside and we didn’t use the decks or porches, they would be fantastic spaces for the warmer months! The host was very prompt with communicating with us. Book it for your visit; it is well worth it.

Beautiful house on Lake Keowee in Seneca. The house, the lake, the surroundings made for a wonderful weekend with family and friends. Loved the putting green. Made for an interesting fun afternoon for both young and old. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again for future football game weekends.

Very nice property. We used it only for sleeping as we have a family home on Lake Keowee where we spent most of our days. Next time we hope to enjoy this farmhouse and its many accoutrements more fully. Mark was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

House was everything and more we thought it would be! Owners are super responsive and house had literally everything we need plus more. Our favorite part was going down to the lake where they have all kind of padddle boards and floats. Great stay!

Property was as described in listing. Owner promptly answered all questions. Open floor plan allowed our large group to be together inside as well as outside on the screened porch. Cove was very quiet and made a safe location for swimming.

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely vacation spot and it was perfect! We love the house, the quietness of being tucked back in the cove and the beauty of Lake Keowee! We are three families (total of 14) and it never feels crowded! The owner is incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. You won't be disappointed in this property!

We had a large family group gathering for a Christmas weekend and this house was perfect! It was a rainy weekend, but there was plenty of games inside for the teens to enjoy. We loved having the large open dining, kitchen, and living room space so we could all eat, watch TV, and play board games together. The owner even had a small Christmas tree decorated in the living room. We would definitely stay there again!

Our family, ages 12-77, enjoyed this well-appointed home for an early fall family reunion. The deep-water dock was great for our boat, and the water was warm enough for swimming. Our teens took advantage of the paddle boards, the putting green and the ping-pong table. The house's three-levels gave ample space for our daughter with her 2-month old, and our older grandchildren to enjoy games on the screened porch and the lower level bunkroom. It's the perfect house for a multigenerational family. Others have noted the steep path from the house to the dock, but we found it to be no problem at all. We plan to return!

This was the perfect home to entertain my family and friends at our annual Clemson football game. Very wide open and comfortable space. The waterfront and dock was a great was fo spend the Friday before game day. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return next year.
