Very nice apartment by the river.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very inviting. As a family of 4 it was great to be able to spread out and having access to the outdoor space was nice. We loved being right by the river and being able to walk to all the trains and trams. There were also many amazing restaurants nearby which we took advantage of.

We were right on Pink Street, so on Saturday night, there was very loud partying until 5 am. The other nights were better, but there was partying downstairs every night.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location

I could not fault the property, the apartment it’s self is very spacious, their is aircon in each room and the shower was amazing. The location is awesome, lots of stuff going on nearby. The street is very busy at night, you are given ear plugs on arrival however they are not needed as the place has double glazed windows and we could not hear anything! The host Pedro was awesome, the friendliest host! He sent a very detailed email with a lot of bars, restaurants and different areas which was great help. I would stay here again if I was to visit Lisbon

Would recommend! Very well presented and managed property

This apartment is near transport (main train station). It is an easy short walk to the Time Out market and the funicular. It has a lift which many don’t in old town. It is in the flat part of town and near nightlife, but when you want sleep double glazed windows remove the noise. Great apartments which has everything you need. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great communication and suggestions from property managers - very high standard. Nice welcome with some food gifts!

You can’t store luggage before or after as it is in a residential apartment complex so you have to use a luggage service, which while the cost isn’t huge ( it was around $40 euros for us), it is worth knowing. This is a lift apartment so you have to be careful of the low roofline in a couple of places.

Perfect apartment for a Lisbon stay!

This apartment has a wonderful location- so close to everything. we could walk to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, tourist attractions, shopping areas etc. Henrique, Pedro and Rita were perfect hosts and were excellent communicators. We received very helpful emails and were met as we arrived at the apartment and kindly shown how keys and appliances worked etc as well as given directions in the local area!! The apartment came with lovely gifts of wine, coffee pods and local snacks etc and was well stocked. we loved the apartment and had the best time in Lisbon- we’ll be back and all 4 of us voted to stay in this fabulous apartment again. Thank you Pedro, Henrique and Rita for our perfect stay in Lisbon.

Absolutely perfect!

The location was excellent, very central, although very lively and noisy, but it didn't bother us much once we were in the apartment. The hosts were exceptional, although we didn't actually meet, but they were very quick to respond via whatsapp to any questions and were very accomodating. They had someone else arriving on the day that we left, but we were still able to leave our bags inside the apartment until we needed to leave for the airport. They were also very helpful with tips and advice of places to go see/eat and how to get about.

the hosts were very welcoming and provided many suggestions for food and sight seeing. The complimentary bottle of wine and other treats were much appreciated!

Great base for getting out and about in Lisboa

Our host was welcoming even before we arrived sending us lots of information about nearby places to eat, drink and visit. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked! The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Added bonus was a lift so we didn’t have to carry luggage up 6 flights of stairs. Lively added touch was the welcome gifts for us to enjoy

Great Flat in Central Lisbon!

We had an overall excellent experience and stay at this beautiful flat in central Lisbon! The Hosts Henrique and Pedro were fantastic! Couldn't do enough for us during our stay. We highly recommend this flat and the hosts for future stays!

It can get a little loud after midnight with the restaurant/nightclubs below at street level running at full party mode!

An excellent place to stay in a wonderful city.

Central city location in a very lively district. Very spacious apartment. Nice powerful shower en-suite to main bedroom.

We had been warned that the shower in the second bathroom was out of action, and offered a full refund to cancel or a discount to continue. We're glad we continued.

Top apartement and very friendly owner in a very central area of Lisboa.

Very friendly welcome. Pedro welcomed us, sent us a lot of useful information in advance and offerd support, if needed. Apartement is very nice and clean and well equipped.

Rather noisy area in the evening, but its not a problem of the apartement but due to the central location.

The property managers Henrique and Pedro were unbelievably wonderful. They treat you like royalty, are so helpful with places to go and things to do. When I’m in Lisbon I will only stay at places that they manage. They are that good!

Perfect flat for a perfect stay in Lisbon

Great flat, it had everything we needed for our stay and felt just at jome. Great location and very close to Cias do Sodre Metro station. Henrique the host was in touch with us from a few days before arrival and all through our stay. They also sent us tips for Lisbon and even for Sintra and Porto. Highly recommended

The apartment is excellent. Very clean and comfortable and all appliances you need on holiday.

There is a bar in the building, and some nights that had noise. The opposite street building is being renovated, so some noise was also because of that.

I would stay here again!

It’s well located, equipped and clean. We were greated with a bottle of wine and some treats. overall the communication went great and they gave us a good list of recommendations

it’s in a busy area, so loads of bars and party around. If you want a quiet place, it might be noisy for some people. For us this was not a problem.

Superb

The owners (we met Pedro) are very nice and helpful. They give you plenty of written recommendations that we successfully followed. They also let us stay for a couple of hours after check out time. The location is excellent. Everything interesting is 5 to 10 minute away. The apartment is well equipped including baths and kitchen. The amenities in the bathroom are ritual.. Our favorite brand! The living room is very spacious. Doors are opened by key code, no need for keys.

On Friday night the street was too busy. Saturday was better amd Sunday was quiet.

Exceptional stay! Wonderful apartment, great location!!

The most pleasant stay and more than great value for money. Me and a few friends stayed here for a birthday trip and the entire thing was amazing. Great studio with great cleanliness and facilities. Communicating with the host (who btw was nothing but kind, easily assessable, and even greeted us with fresh pastry and fruit), the location, and entirety of our stay was great. Location was great, less than a 5 minute walk to the time out market, and in general some great bars nearby. Central location just without the noise from the vibrant city. If you're thinking of booking this place, go ahead! You won't be disappointed. Will definitely be back here!

This contemporary apartment is in a great location - convenient to many tourist attractions. You can also find everything you need for your stay right in the neighborhood. It was very well appointed, and we felt immediately at home.

Great location and comfortable amenities

Really lovely apartment within easy walking distance of the train station, the TimeOut Market and tons of restaurants, with comfortable beds, in-room AC units, a washing machine for our clothes and two comfortable bathrooms. It was nicely decorated and very clean, and the elevator was helpful since it is on the top floor. It was perfect for two couples and we would choose to stay here again.
