Nestled in Desenzano del Garda, this attractive house for $106 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Located in the most characteristic street of the historic center of Rivoltella, a few meters from the lake and the beach. The completely restored apartment blends traditional elements and modern spaces in perfect harmony to guarantee functionality, elegance, privacy and relaxation. Located on the mezzanine floor (without elevator), the house develops on two levels. The first type open space with large living room and kitchen with a suggestive terrace; the second, with sloping ceilings with wooden ceilings, offers a welcoming and familiar sleeping environment with the master bedroom and the guest bedroom interspersed with a large bathroom with shower. The village offers the main services: bakery, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop. The restaurant in front of the apartment provides takeaway gastronomy, wine bar and restaurant and is owned by the holiday home. We stayed for one week in the appartment which has everything you need.
We could safely store our bikes and the spot is fine to start for all activities.
Very nice people who are also running the bar which is just across the street - delicios food and wine!

The appartment is lovely, very comfortable. Sleeping rooms and the bathroom are upstairs, not recommended for small children. Parking is not included in the price. Everything else ia great, very clean and charming.

This must be the loveliest place we've ever stayed in. The appartment was immaculate, bright, modern and beautifully appointed. Egle is the kindest and most thoughtful host - she gives so much thought and obviously puts a lot of time & effort into this. The Po Delta is off the beaten path from the typical italian holiday and is all the more enjoyable for it. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place :)

Optimale Lage im Herzen von Rivoltella. Gute Anbindung mit ÖPNV nach Desenzano. Kurzer Weg zum See.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Mit Klimaanlage, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern. Alle Geräte und Einrichtungen voll funktionsfähig. Parkplatz muss man allerdings selbst suchen. Mit Glück findet man einen öffentlichen, kostenlosen direkt in der Nähe.

Alles perfekt. Unterkunft liegt ca. 200m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurant's sind gleich in der Nähe.

Ferien am Gardasee
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in einer für den Verkehr gesperrten Straße in der es mehrere Restaurants gibt. Am frühen Morgen kann man zur Anlieferung in die Straße fahren. Das Restaurant der Vermieter ist direkt gegenüber. Bei Ankunft sind wir einfach ins Restaurant gegangen und haben nach den Schlüsseln gefragt. Vorab hatten wir unsere Ankunft telefonisch angekündigt. Das lief Problemlos und ein junger Mann aus dem Restaurant hat sogar beim Koffertragen geholfen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. und 2. Stock. Unten ist das Wohnzimmer und oben die Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Von den Restaurants bekommt man nicht viel mit, nur Freitags und Samstags ist etwas mehr los. Gegen 23 Uhr ist aber in der Regel alles geschlossen. Der See ist in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach Sirmione läuft man ca. 1:15 h. Wir haben die Wohnung für Ausflüge mit dem Auto nach Venedig (1:15 h), Verona (30 min), Mailand (1:15), Malcesine (ca. 1h) genutzt. Die weiteren Strecken waren mit Maut, um Zeit zu sparen.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, kleine Probleme - kaputte Glühbirnen - wurden sofort gelöst. Kontakt war über Telefon in English oder WhatsApp / iMessage immer möglich.
Die Espressomaschine in der Wohnung war ein Highlight, die Kapseln gibt es im Restaurant als kostenlosen Refill.
Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub zum Erholen.

Ein schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Rivoltella. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber. Gefreut haben wir uns über den schönen Obstkorb und die Flasche Sekt als Willkommensgeschenk. Da die Wohnung in einer Fußgängerzone liegt ist die Parkplatzsuche, gerade an Wochenenden, etwas schwierig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub wieder dort buchen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern
Die Anzeige entsprach genau dem Angebot. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone von Rivolterra del Garda, ein kostenloser öffentlicher Parkplatz befindet sich in der Nähe. Übergabe der Wohnung verlief unkompliziert, Telefonnummer der Vermieterin stand an dem Gebäude, danach erhielten wir gleich den Schlüssel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. und die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer im 2. Stock. In der Wohnung befand sich alles, was wir benötigt haben, sehr haben wir uns auch über das Willkommensgeschenk (2 Flaschen Wasser, 1 Flasche Wein und ein Obstkorb) gefreut. Danke noch einmal hierfür. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß für vier Personen. Alle Zimmer waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alles war perfekt. Die Vermieter betreiben ein schönes Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite, in dem man sehr gut essen kann, aber auch immer einen Ansprechpartner findet.
Der Ort Rivolterra war nicht so stark touristisch überlaufen, man fühlte sich noch wie in Italien. Kleiner Strand, schöner Weg von ca. 3 km am Ufer entlang nach Desenzano, von wo aus man dann mit der Fähre die anderen Orte besuchen konnte. Im Ort fanden wir alle notwendigen Geschäfte zum Einkaufen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine schöne Woche
Sehr nette Vermieter , die auch bei Problemen sofort reagiert haben . Die Wohnung ist sehr schön . Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Lage ( in einer Gasse mit Restaurants) entschieden , und somit waren wir auch auf etwas Geräuschkulisse vorbereitet . Die sich aber geg 23 Uhr gelegt hatte. Wir haben leider die besagte Sauberkeit vermisst . Einige Lampen sind auch defekt . Alles in allem war es eine schöne Woche .

Schöner Urlaub im Ortskern von Rivoltella
Die Wohnung liegt im Ortskern von Rivoltella (3km von Descenzano). Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen und für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns war vorher schon klar, dass wir im belebten Ortskern wohnen und deshalb auch bis 23 Uhr eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse vorhanden ist, die uns nicht störte.
Die Vermieterin Silvia war sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns zu sprechen. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im abschließbaren Innenhof unserer Vermieterin ca. 50m entfernt abstellen.
Die relativ flache Gegend rund um Rivoltella läßt sich wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. In der Hochsaison ist es schwierig in den Innenstädten einen Parkplatz zu finden.
Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen! Nochmals Danke an Silvia.

Sehr schöne Stadtwohnung am Gardasee
Klasse Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung. Kleiner Mangel für uns, waren die nächtlichen und morgendlichen Ruhestörungen durch das Restaurant, alles andere war sehr schick, wir würden uns noch einmal für diese Wohnung entscheiden, wenn wir in dieser Gegend sind. Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Ambiente
Sehr nette Vermieter. Auch bei der Ankunft /Abfahrt würden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüßt/verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war sauber ,allerdings auch etwas dunkel . Auf den Bilder wirkte die Wohnung grösser und das eine Schlafzimmer war sehr klein,trotzdem für vier Personen ausreichend. Die Strasse ist sehr belebt, ist aber ein perfekter Ausgangsort für alle Aktivitäten. Man ist mittendrin im italienischen Leben, Bäckerei Obdtladen und Frühstückslokale sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Das Restaurant der Besitzer ist etwas ganz besonderes, sehr nettes und gut ausgebildetes Personal und das Essen ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist besser nur mit älteren Kindern / Jugendlichen zu bewohnen, nichts für Familien mit kleinen Kinder, da es Abends , vorallem am Wochenende etwas lauter wird.

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum von Rivoltella
Wir haben in den Sommerferien die Wohnung für 2 Wochen gemietet. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk und zum Abschied gab es eine Flasche Wein. Die Wohnung ist TOP ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ganz in der Nähe und dort haben wir immer eine Parklücke für unser Auto gefunden. Das von der Vermieterin betriebene Restaurant direkt gegenüber ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir noch einmal an den Gardasee fahren, würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Besser als erwartet
Wir, 4-köpfige Familie mit 17 jähriger Tochter und 13 jährigem Sohn, waren vom 14.07.- 27.07.2018 hier. Die Unterkunft war absolut top. Eine Klimaanlage im Sommer Gold wert. Ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche wurde vom Eigentümer sofort behoben. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht wirklich wichtig aber vorhanden deutsch sprachige Fernsehsender. Die Wohnung gehört zu einem sehr gut gehendem Restaurant. Reservierungen zwingend zu empfehlen. Der Geräuschpegel war spürbar aber 23.00 Uhr war dann Ruhe. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist zwar vorhanden aber ausschließlich für italienischen Kaffee, also für Espresso! Wer also einen Pott Kaffee mag sollte zumindest Filtertüten mitbringen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im gehobenen Ambiente
Diese Wohnung liegt mit ihrer Ausstattung und den Gegebenheiten, weit über dem üblichem italienischen Standard. Ihre zentrale Lage im schönsten Vorort von Desenzano - Rivoltella - war für uns perfekt. Bäcker, Obst-Gemüsehändler, Eisdiele und etliche Restaurants in nächster Umgebung erreichbar. Das junge Vermieter-Ehepaar betreibt ein Restaurant, unter und direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung. Sie sind sehr nett und das Restaurant kann man wirklich nur empfehlen. Wir meinen es ist die Nr. 1 am Platz. Der Besuch vom Lokal wird mit einem Nachlass honoriert und am Anfang und Ende unseres Urlaubes, gab es je eine Flasche Wein. Das Kleinod der Wohnung, war für uns der Freisitz, der durch die halbrunde Gittertür erreicht wird. Man sitzt dort wie auf einer überdachten Veranda, bestückt mit schönen Blumenkübeln und das im 1. Stockwerk des Hauses. Das heißt, der Freisitz ist nicht einsehbar. Die Geräusche der belebten Fußgängerzone und dem Restaurant haben uns nicht gestört. Das Restaurant hat Montags geschlossen, ist Dienstags bis Freitags bis 23:00 Uhr offen und am Samstag/Sonntag bis 24:00 Uhr.

La Dolce Vita comme nous voulions la vivre
Avant même de parler du magnifique appartement, il faut parler de l'accueil. Silvia, la propriétaire, et son équipe du restaurant juste en face, font tout pour vous être agréable et vous recevoir chaleureusement. Apéro de bienvenue, bonne humeur, serviabilité. Bref, vous vous sentez vraiment accueillis et bienvenus tout au long du séjour.
L'appartement est juste sublime et correspond parfaitement aux photos et à la description. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces, et ce n'est pas négligeable, équipements haut de gamme, sans parler de la machine à café dont les capsules étaient fournies, quel bonheur ! Literie impeccable, linge de lit et de bain fournis, cuisine bien équipée, wifi de qualité, etc.
Si vous cherchez un appartement au cœur du village et de l'animation (marché, restauration, animation, etc), vous y êtes. Nous nous sommes sentis au cœur de l'Italie chaleureuse et animée. C'est ce que nous voulions. Par contre, si vous cherchez un endroit un peu perdu dans la nature, ce n'est pas la bonne adresse.
A quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage de galets, au cœur de l'animation du village, à 10 minutes de Desenzano et à 15 de Sirmione, la localisation est parfaite. Et que dire de Vérone à 45 minutes ?!
Et si vous allez au restaurant de Silvia, n'hésitez pas à solliciter les conseils des serveurs qui sont sympathiques et souriants, vous ne serez pas déçus.
Tout petit bémol, si vous mangez à l'appartement, ce sera à l'intérieur car la terrasse est prévue comme un salon d'extérieur, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer de magnifiques vacances pour toutes les raisons citées plus haut.
Bref, un grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

Schöne Wohnung, toll ausgestattet, geräumig und nett eingerichtet. TV ja aber nur Italienisch. Die Vermieterin und ihr gesamtes Team vom ausgezeichneten Restaurant mit lokalen Feinheiten ggü.ist sehr freundlich, großzügig,hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wäre die Dusche ohne Defizite gewesen gäbe es 5 Punkte (Wasserdruck, Temperaturregelung, Ablauf) . Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in der Altstadt mit weiteren guten Lokalen, Apotheke und einem Bäcker. Die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind klasse. Der Gastronomielärm hat uns nicht gestört. Unbedingt die gemischte Wurst/Käseplatte sowie das Grillgemüse essen ggü! Preisnachlass für Mieter!

The family that own the house also run the no1 restaurant in the area, they were so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend! The house has everything you need, is newly renovated and the location is fantastic for travelling the area. We hired a car, which I would recommend to see the area properly. Such a beautiful place, we will be planning a return trip - loved it.

Aufgrund der Nähe zur Gastronomie allerdings erhöhter Geräuschpegel.
Fernsehempfang über Kabelfernsehen - deshalb nur italienische Programme.
Abhilfe durch mobile Satschüssel, die einfach am Balkon angebracht werden konnte.
Sehr gute Betreuung durch Verwalterin des Objektes.
