Proximité de la plage, grande terrasse, spacieux. Proche du commerce. Parking temporaire pour décharger ou charger le véhicule. Parking gratuit pas trop éloigné (500 m).
Ustensiles insuffisants pour cuisiner. Manque de vaisselle. Fourmis qui se sont invitées dans la cuisine. Isolation phonique de l’appartement insuffisante.
