Located in Saint Columb Major, this charming house for $104 per night is a great option for your next break. No.85 is a modern and comfortable holiday home in the heart of Cornwall. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living Room, 2 Bedrooms and Bathroom. Located on the private estate of the popular Atlantic Reach Resort, but without access to site leisure facilities (see below). 15 minute drive from the famous Watergate Bay 15-20 minutes from Newquay and its selection of beaches and activities. 5 minutes from the A30 - the gateway into the rest of Cornwall. HOUSE DETAILS Kitchen contains: Dishwasher, Oven, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Small Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Dining Table. On the ground floor is the open plan lounge with Smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player (Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi, plus wide selection of DVD's). First floor there is 1 Double & 1 Twin Bedroom, plus the Bathroom with generous shower enclosure. All Bedding and House Towels provided. High Chair*, Travel Cot*, Iron & Ironing Board are all available to use at no cost. *Please inform us prior to arrival. Wi-Fi is included inside the house. EATING AND DRINKING There is an independent restaurant with bar operating on site, as well as a separate cafe/eatery near reception. AVAILABLE FACILITIES Tennis Courts - free (racket hire free at reception) Football Pitch - free Outdoor Swimming Pool (unheated) - free Outdoor Children’s Play Area - free *Segway Hire (*Chargeable) * Self Service Laundry Facilities (*Chargeable) OFF-LIMITS FACILITIES Some may be aware of the additional facilities located on the Atlantic Reach site; Indoor pool, Gymnasium, etc. Unfortunately due to a change in AR policies, these will not be available to use whilst staying with us. We hope that this is reflected in our prices, saving our guests from paying a premium on facilities which they may have no intention of using. PLEASE NOTE: Adult couples and family bookings only please. Please state ages of guests when booking. SCHOOL SUMMER HOLIDAYS Arrival/departure days are limited to Saturdays only throughout school summer holidays.

Place had everything you need for a short break. Kitcgen was well stocked, everythung was clean and had all we needed. Resort itself is good, outside pool is cold, but clean and huge! Teen zone was fab for my son. A great base for our adventuring. Only slight problem we had was the patio doors. People walking past did like to look in and so we kept curtains shut. That was our issue though, not anyone else's. Would recommend

Ideally located centrally to most places to visit. Very clean property and would happily stay there again. The local pub on site has a good selection of beer and the food on offer was really nice and didn't cost the earth either

Fab!! The property was great, everything had been thought of by Jake, even down to a sponge, bin bags and cooking oil, property was immaculate and very comfortable! We had a great stay, really close to Newquay! Brilliant

The house was lovely and clean, and we felt very safe there. The furnishings were modern and the house had a lovely feel to it. The bathroom looked very new and modern. The kitchen was very well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Really well presented property at Atlantic Reach. All you could need for four people with great access to Popular beaches around Newquay and Padstow. The property is privately owned so doesn't have access to the indoor pool onsite which would be a nice to have but the price of the property would be much higher to achieve this, excellent value and thank you for our stay.

This is our second time staying at this property and it has everything we need. It’s a good size property with plenty of space for us a family with 2 children. The location suits us well close to Newquay but also perfect for visiting lots of other places such as Padstow, Perranporth, Holywell Bay etc. The property has everything you could need, the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. The beds are comfortable and the house is spotless. Communication with Jake is great really prompt. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

The property was just lovely. Very clean and crisp impression. My husband was recovering from hip operation and we enjoyed being in property. The only down was the weather, but that's England for you.
