About this condo rental
Located in Estero Island, this charming condo for $130 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. *BOOK TODAY ! AVAILABLE APRIL* *The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!* Welcome to our beachfront Estero Beach and Tennis Club property located at the South-end of Fort Myers Beach. Our unit has recently been updated with new kitchen and furniture. This beach front condo has many amenities to make your stay comfortable including Free Wi-Fi, cable, linens and towels, a divider between the bedroom area and family room and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities of home. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex has a large heated swimming pool with poolside lounge chairs, BBQs, an open parking lot, tennis courts, and walking trails. Enjoy walking on the sandy beach and Gulf of Mexico water at your doorstep. There are many venues within walking distance including Santini Plaza (restaurants and shops), a CVS and Pincher's Beach Bar. A local trolley can take you to Lovers Key or to the North-end of Fort Myers Beach (Time Square area). Make this condo your next vacation spot! Looking for additional space to rent with friends? Inquire with us and we'll confirm if our other units in this same building are also available for your dates. TriPower manages plenty of units in this complex! We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter)NO SMOKING ALLOWED. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The location is perfect with several restaurants within walking distance.
The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was very helpful to have starters of essentials. (Another bonus were the beach towels, chairs, and cooler for beach use..) I appreciated ample towels for use throughout our stay. The view from the balcony was fabulous.

Tripower ( the rental company)..i assume they work with VRBO…called me Monday to let me know that they were going to stop by to fix the toilet paper holder but they never showed up to fix it all week

The property was perfect from the moment we arrived. The lush green areas, beautiful palms and flowers, and and a breathtaking view. We discovered delicious local eateries and some places that we will forward to visiting again. My husband and I enjoyed our visit and look forward to a quick return.

You can literally see the ocean from every spot in this property. If beautiful ocean views are important to you, this is the place. Sunsets from the deck are gorgeous-even the palm trees are placed perfectly.

I had a great 3 weeks there. Condo was great location to pool. Sofa was somewhat uncomfortable, but it worked out. We didn’t use sofa bed. I had packed all beach necessities, but condo had most things available. No beach umbrella though. Fortunately I had one. The owners there that I met were nice and everything you needed was right there within a block or so. Food, CVS, 7-Eleven. I will definitely be reaching out again for a vacation in this unit.

Best of both worlds
The property was lovely . very comfortable with a huge super-king bed . Everything was good quality , cutlery ,dishes, linen etc , and was in plentiful supply .
We have stayed in this building before ,but having a corner unit was a bonus , as we had views in both directions. We would love to return some time and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Love these condos!
Everything was just as described! The bed is so comfortable. Bathroom is recently updated as is kitchen.
Some condos I have stayed in have staples stocked in there kitchens but this one had not much besides oil so stop and go shopping before you hit the island. The grocery store on the island is pricy and crowded. Try the restaurants and shops right across the street at Santini Plaza.
