About this house rental
This delightful pool home is located in the heart of W Bradenton and just minutes away from the world-famous Anna Maria Beach! You are within a short driving distance to many fabulous restaurants and shops. Walking (5 minutes walk) and biking distance is Palma Sola Bay where you can walk along and enjoy your walk or a bike ride.
House is very comfortable, stylish and remodeled in 2018! This wonderful home offers 3 relaxing bedrooms and 2 full baths plus very comfortable living room area! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a quin-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room and two flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. For those with children we provide a foosball table outside! :) Also ouside I have a small Weber grill for you to use. WiFi is in the house!
I've tried to think of every little thing that will make your stay pleasent and relaxing. I supplied my home in non toxic items for you to use that you don't always find it like; hand soap, laundry detergent, laundry softener, dishwasher soap, shower gel ect.
Pool heater was instaled in September 2018, so if you are planning to come during fall/winter time heated pool will be available for additional daily charge $15/day.
Pet Fee; $100 per Pet per stay.
There is no overnight additional guests.
Only up to 6 people including children can sleep in the house.
If you are expecting any visitors during the day please notify the owner.
No Family Reunions in this house!
No Parties!
If there is an additional guest staying over, I charge $30 per night.
I have a Ring camera in front of the house for my guests safety!
On a personal note; I came to this country from Poland in 2001 with 2 suitcases, couple houndreds in my pocket, with limited english to communicate but with a big dreams and goals. One of my dreams was to have a place somewhere warm. After I discovered Bradenton area in 2012, I knew I will move here one day. It's been on my list since then and in February 2018 I purchased this home.
My only wish to you is to enjoy my house and take a good care of it. I've worked so hard to achieve what I have.

I am beyond impressed with this rental. I have rented a lot of vacation homes and this one has exceeded all of mine and my family’s expectations. The host thought of every detail to make sure our stay was comfortable. Check in was a breeze. House was immaculate. House was so close to restaurants, stores and the beach. You don’t need to bring any pool or beach toys- there are chairs and toys. The house was clean. My family has already started talking about when we can return! I would rent from Kasia again. We had a question that wasn’t urgent at all and Kasia text me right away to make sure I had my question answered. She left a cute wine and chocolate display for us when we arrived. 10/10 I can’t say enough good things about her and this house.

We had a great time at the property during our vacation. The house was very clean and there was everything you could need. The games/ books were a big hit. The host was a great communicator.

Awesome vacation home, clean, comfortable and the perfect location. Home is very welcoming, everything we needed for a week in Bradenton. The pool was lovely and the host was super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. We had a great week despite the chilly weather.

The issue with this rental is not the property itself but rather the owner. From the beginning the owner of the rental behaved in a prejudice manner . The first message received was the following “ Hi C______,thank you for your interest in my home. I'm not sure why my house was available for 2 nights booking since my
minimum nights is 4. The reason I have
minimum 4 nights is that the area is very
family friendly and I don't allow weekend party
groups if you know what I mean. Please let me
know if that's still ok with you since I have no
loud music and loud conversation outside by
the pool after 10 pm. I hope you understand.” I’d recommend the following: Make sure you read the fine print otherwise you’ll be dealing with a lot of feedback from the owner. They will also charge you extra for any small violation. The owner of the property lives relatively close to the home and will therefore check up on it every so often. My family and I reserved the house for a peaceful weekend getaway near the beach.
The overall stay would have been amazing if the owner of the property weren’t so heavily involved and controlling of the stay.
